Dentistry on Main Street - New Port Richey

First visit impression: excellent. I developed a toothache on Sunday. Monday morning about 830 I called to ask if I could be seen as an emergency, even though I wasn’t a patient (unexpected break at work). Receptionist offered 1330. I told her that I needed to be at work by then and I thanked her for trying. She said I should hold on and she would check with the doctor. When she came back she said I could be seen now if I arrived by 930. I did. The office staff including the lady from the phone, the hygienist, assistants, and Dr Snyder all super nice. The whole place from waiting room to treatment room was CLEAN and bright. My problem was diagnosed and treatment completed within about an hour and without pain. I’m cured. I have a new dentist.

This was my first visit to Denistry on Main Street. Wait time was minimal. Comprehensive x-rays were made plus photos. The tech was was super nice. She understood that I was having a problem walking and was considerate. Dr Snyder was very thorough in his exam and was quite personable which added to my comfort level. The office was clean and orderly. The lady who explained everything was quite informative about their savings plan and payment options as well as about the upcoming procedures. All in all my visit was a good experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 😊

As new patient, I was a little nervous, but everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Kiki and Valerie at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Dr. Patel was exceptional. She was incredibly gentle during my treatment and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. I also want to thank Sophia, the dental assistant, for being so kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She helped make the entire experience even more positive. Finding a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for can be difficult, but this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable dental team!

Other practices I've used in the past operated more like. used car dealership instead of a medical practice. Dentistry on Main Street even proactively asked if I needed any additional treatments or if there were any services I could skip. Their honesty was refreshing. I was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately, and there was no wait or any negative feedback about my experience. I highly recommend Dentistry on Main Street.
