My dental hygienist yesterday was to date my best experience by far. She was very kind, thoughtful, was the most informational about products out there that would be incredibly beneficial to my specific needs. She was a temp from Pensacola but an absolute pleasure to work with. My overall experience with your entire staff so far has been fantastic. Another great standout is Megan at the front desk. She is courteous, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Keep doing what you are doing!!!

The experience was great, they took great care of me! My dentist knows and understands that I don’t numb as easily as the average person so he takes his time and listens to me to make sure I am numb correctly and ready for the procedure. Additionally, the entire staff is awesome, if you are looking for a dental office I highly recommend them.

Went there for the first time today and had a emergency extraction of 2 teeth and Dr. Hoy and his staff were absolutely amazing. I had some anxiety about going but had no choice because of the pain. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They did the x-ray and exam and explained everything thoroughly. They pulled my 2 teeth and I didn't hardly feel a thing, and the price really surprised me. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Hoy and his staff. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Thank ya'll so much for making my experience there so good. Wish I could give them 10 stars

The staff at this establishment is truly awesome. They are the definition and in my opinion the industry standard for customer service. True professionals. From beginning to end I felt like part of the work family. I appreciate their dedication and thank them for their service.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They are always prompt, and I really appreciate that there's little to no waiting time. My dental hygienist, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my visit a great experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. They truly go above and beyond for their patients!

Can I just say WOW!!!! It has been awhile since I visited a dentist that I had an awesome experience. The staff was so very helpful, friendly,and knowledgeable. Even though I had to cancel my initial appointment at the last minute because of an illness, they were quick to get me back in without the attitude you would normally get elsewhere when an unplanned event happens. Also, I have to say this was the best and most pleasant cleaning I have had in years since I moved away from my regular dentist and hygienist. Thank you to Dr.Alex Symborski DMD and his wonderful staff.

Been going here for almost 6 years. Always have a cleaning every 6 months. Never any issue. Now I owe a ton of money for something I always get done? Never was told I was going to owe anything. No one ever returns calls. I was enjoying this dentist but now with the lack of communication and help in understanding why my bill is as much as it is. I will not be returning back.

My 8-year-old has a permanent yellow discoloration on one of her adult teeth. We had been told we’d have to wait until all her adult teeth came in before fixing it, and unfortunately other kids had started pointing it out. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see it affect her confidence. When I called Okaloosa Family Dentistry, they got us in within just a few days. Dr. Hoy and the hygienist, Crystal, were incredibly kind and made my daughter feel completely comfortable and understood. The difference in her confidence when we left was amazing. She truly walked out a happier kid. We’re so grateful for their compassion and care, and we’ll absolutely be back for the permanent fix when the time comes.

All required forms were completed online prior to arrival. At check-in, the manager asked me to sign multiple times on a signature pad. While she explained verbally, I was not shown the documents or allowed to review them. When I raised a reasonable concern, the response was rude and dismissive rather than reassuring. In a healthcare setting, informed consent requires that patients are able to review and understand documents before signing, not rely solely on verbal summaries. Transparency and respectful communication are essential to patient trust and compliance.
