I always have a pleasant experience at midland dental. The staff is extremely kind and patient. Dr’s McConnell and Lepkowski are always working to ensure they provide the best treatment and take the time to explain everything and ensure no outstanding concerns. Very pleased, would highly recommend

For our first visit and the staff not knowing my son's background, they did outstanding. From the start it was clear instructions of what was going to happen step by step. This is truly amazing when it comes to those with special needs. Not only does it make the process easier on both the patient and the staff, it also gives the patient a sense of trust and lowers behaviors as well as anxiety. Very poor service I think the only good experience I had there was with the front desk and the financial helper. so I had a referral to go see them to get four wisdom tooth removed when I got to my appointment for this they took me in the back room and told me that they were only going to take three which was incorrect and then had me try to sign documents that was incorrect because on the documents it said there were only gonna take two of them and when I refused to sign those documents, I immediately got bad attitude from the nurse to the point that she left the room and came back saying now I don’t even have a referral which was as incorrect. So when I asked them how did you guys get my information and had me scheduled I was met with no answer. So when the dentist finally came into the room, I explained to him the complications that we were having as far as communication, correct documents, and incorrect procedure in the dentist flat Out told me he’s not doing that. So I left still in pain with the four wisdom teeth that they do not pull. It was like the dentist and the nurse got mad that I read the document before signing initially. Which is completely unacceptable. I recommend anyone that really cares about the health to not go to this place! If possible, I would’ve gave zero stars!

Dr. McConnell and his staff were absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly cares the way he does. He was so patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my daughter and I feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I’m beyond grateful for the care we received. Doctors like him are hard to find. Thank you so much, Dr. McConnell, for being exceptional at what you do!

The staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Very warm welcoming place to walk in to. They even called the next day to follow up to see how my daughter was doing. The Dr. was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Their whole demeanor helped set my daughters mind at ease to relax her and make the surgery go much easier. Great people! Great place!

Timber Ridge Dental (Fort Street) : Military scared me of dentists. Had a cavity that they said was "small" and the shot would hurt worse than them filling it real quick. 45 minutes of pain and sweaty hands/forehead later, was done. Then, all wisdom teeth mandatorily yanked out. Dr. Russo was AWESOME, as well as Jesse who assisted. She even danced around, FOR FREE! In all honesty, was extremely satisfied with the experience (to my surprise). They were very cool, and made sure I was comfortable as could be. The front desk staff is awesome as well. If you knew me, you would know i rarely give good reviews but this is a great place to have work done. I don't like anyone and been social distancing my entire life but looking forward to my 6-month follow-up. Great staff and service, would give more stars if I could (and a duck to Ana).
