I have shared here before but seriously it definitely deserves to be said again. The staff here are so far superior above any dental place I have been to before! Not just in excellent care or having exceptional professionalism but they are warm and engaging. It kinda doesn't feel right saying I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist but I actually do 😁

I highly recommend that if you receive any treatment at this office always ask for a detailed receipt and submit it directly to your insurance company. Be sure to verify any copays you're asked to pay as you may be charged way more than necessary. If you've overpaid your insurance company may be able to refund you. However if neither you nor your insurance identifies the overpayment the dental office retains those funds. To avoid getting robbed keep copies of your receipts, review your insurance explanations of benefits (EOBs) and compare them with what you were charged.

I had a cracked crown and needed to be seen urgently. Dr. Duy Nguyen was kind enough to squeeze me in at the last minute, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment I arrived, his staff was efficient, and genuinely focused on helping me. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency. He clearly explained my options and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary treatments or procedures. If you’re looking for a dentist who is efficient, kind and honest, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his team. Thank you again for taking such great care of me!

I would come to this dentist when I lived in Pacifica, I now live in San Francisco and decided it was worth the drive and travel to still keep coming back to this dental practice. They’re honest and straight forward. They are not a money grab and they do not try to upsell you any dental work that you do not need. They are also flexible with scheduling. I’d highly recommend to friends and family. Pacific Manor Dental is an upbeat and ethical practice. Staff are all pleasant and amazing, will keep returning 😊

Edit: I had cavities filled by Dr. Lee and I was genuinely impressed! The office uses advanced, precise tools, and they have TVs and even squeeze toys to help with nerves. Dr. Lee didn’t just fix the functional issues, she also took time to smooth and repair the chips so everything looks natural and polished. _______ Very friendly and patient staff. My dental hygienist, Jenn, gave me a gentle and thorough cleaning. Dr.Lee is professional and accommodated my requests. I felt respected and welcomed throughout. Best dental experience ever!

I just had a first visit yesterday at Pacific Manor Dental and it was great. Dr Lee and her colleague were extremely professional and took a great care of my teeth! I highly recommend the office in general.
