Braelinn Village Family Dentistry

As always I am completely satisfied with the care I received from my hygienist, Lisa! She is gentle and thorough and provides the best cleaning!!! And of course Dr Cox is everything you could possibly want and expect in your dentist!! The entire office staff is sweet and friendly. I highly recommend Braelinn Dentistry to those looking for a new dentist!! You will find them to be exceptional!!

This one-star review is in no way a reflection of the quality of dental care I received from Dr. Frank. She is an outstanding dentist, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff and billing department was extremely frustrating. For approximately 12 months, I followed up every three weeks to six weeks regarding the pre-approval from my insurance company. I eventually discovered that the pre-approval had never been submitted. Approximately three weeks later, the estimate and approvals finally came through. Unfortunately, the billing process was equally frustrating. For approximately four months, I was repeatedly told that my insurance company was requesting X-rays that the dental office had never received. Each time, I contacted my insurance company and was told that the X-rays had not been submitted. I would then contact the dental office, explain exactly what was needed, and was repeatedly assured that the documents had been sent. At one point, I was left with the impression that the office simply did not want to address the issue and instead wanted me to come in, obtain copies of the necessary documents myself, and submit them to the insurance company. I was even told that the office did not feel this was their responsibility. I also had concerns about discrepancies between the information provided by my insurance company and the billing for services I received. Based on my conversations with the insurance company and my review of the billing, there appeared to be charges for services that I do not believe were performed. This was particularly concerning and, in my opinion, should have been addressed with greater transparency and clarification. What I found especially ironic was that after I finally paid the bill, the office contacted me to confirm my address so they could send me a letter stating that they would no longer provide services to me. After my experience, however, I have no intention of returning. Again, I want to emphasize that Dr. Frank herself is an excellent dentist. My concerns are entirely with the administrative, insurance, and billing aspects of the practice. Unfortunately, those issues turned what should have been a straightforward experience into a prolonged, stressful, and frustrating one.

We love going to the dentist here- adults and kids! Dr. Frank and her hygienists are hands down best in the business. Patient, kind, and will listen to any and all concerns. Would recommend highly to anyone!

ALWAYS have a good experience at this dental practice… In fact, I’ve been a patient there for over 30 years. The staff is very caring and the dentists are very kind, gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love love love this office! Their staff and Dr. Frank are awesome! I have had nothing but the BEST experience here. They are super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Love all the dental hygienist there and will forever be a customer. Great job!!!

Looking for a dentist closer to home since my children’s dentist retired. Found this group online and the feedback seemed to be inline with my needs,. Saw Dr Frank , loved her conservative approach and expertise. All the office staff I interacted with have been professional and helpful, seems like a great practice.

I had a very great experience at this dentistry! The staff and doctors are very friendly, kind, and personable, and they helped me become comfortable with my first dental visit because I was a little nervous. But I’m here to tell you everything was easy and smooth! I recommend this place to everyone for their dental needs!

Wow! Excellent! Greeted warmly and the assistant, Lola, guided me back and got right down to business. She took x-rays right away and was very personable. The dentist, Dr. Frank, came right in and was cordial and explained everything, wasting no time. The dentist and her assistant worked so well together. The appointment was over before I knew it. I moved from out of state and found this family practice by researching dental practices in the area I live. I'm glad I did!

Everyone was so kind and answered and questions I had. My wait to go back and my total appointment time were wick I didn’t have to wait long at all. That said they made me feel very comfortable and remembered me. Overall a five star experience.
