Dr Bryan and her staff were meticulous and professional in my evaluation and treatment. She took her time in explaining each step in my evaluation and care. Her wit and humor were comforting. Her true concern in providing me the best care was endearing. Thank you all for providing me the best dental care that I ever received in my 70+ years with a wide array of dental care in those years.

The staff was amazing! Michelle really helped to accommodate me by dinging me an appt ASAP. Niyah my dental tech was joyful, pleasant, and very gentle. Dr Filasa was so supportive, informative and accommodating as well. I really felt like the staff had my best interest at heart. Special mention for the insurance manager Mr Parker? I think ! This is my first time visiting this office. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Filosa is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her evaluation of my dental issue. Very pleasant experience considering it was an emergency dental appointment All the staff, Nyia, Ashley, Alina, Arrieian, and Dr. Filosa were very pleasant. I will definitely recommend them and return to Peachtree Dental Group. Addendum : at my second visit ( 10 days later) to have cleaning and root canal done, I was again very pleased with Clinic Manager Rick, consultant Arririan, hygienist Ashley, Dr Salbo and her Tech, Keyshawn. I am the widow of a dentist, (unknown to them) and this is how he treats his patients. Kindness and professionalism. Still very pleased with Peachtree Dental Group. I recommend them highly

Dr. Bristol Williams is a world class periodontist and very highly skilled. I had a dental procedure and the care team took excellent care of me. They listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and kept me at ease throughout. Dr Jessica Filosa is part of my care team and has also made my experience a positive one. I don’t have a positive history with dentists but my experience with the Peachtree Dental Group has been positive.

NEVER but NEVER go there! They charged my insurance with a Comprehensive Oral Evaluation LOL!!!! I never saw a dentist though. They immediately take Xrays to charge your insurance. I needed an specialist and they wanted to force me to see a dentist there or I couldn’t see the specialist and I said no! I asked them not ti charge my insurance snd they DID. I called the manager multiple times and left messages and until the day I haven’t heard from “ Vaughn”. Stay AWAY from this place . They just want your money!

I was very happy with my previous dentist, but because he is no longer in-network, I looked for a new provider. (So, I am also not pleased with my insurance.) I scheduled a routine, semi-annual cleaning with Dr. Bryan. My insurance's website suggested a $10 cost for this procedure. I understand insurance companies cannot promise exact amounts. When I signed in at the office, I was told the cleaning would be approximately $25, which was fine. I was also told there could be additional charges, so they would wait to take payment. After 12 X-Rays and an additional panoramic X-Ray, I was given an oral exam. The dentist then came in and told me I needed an extensive deep cleaning using laser treatment. She told me I had significant bone loss. I am in my 40s and have always had good teeth, with good hygiene and regular dental cleanings, so I was very surprised at this diagnosis. An account specialist came in to explain the charges. The total was $744. I told her I could not do that, so she spoke with the dentist. When she came back, the new price was $140. I told her I was just looking for a routine cleaning and was expecting a $25 charge. She told me that if the dentist did not proceed in this way, that would be going against her diagnosis, which could be considered malpractice. Before I left the office, I offered to pay for the X-Rays and exam, but was told those fees were waived. I did not pay anything and did not receive a cleaning. An hour later, the dental hygienist called and left a voicemail saying they could complete a routine cleaning, fully paid by my insurance. The whole ordeal felt like a scam. I will not be back and do not recommend this office.
