I don't know where to start about Shadie Savage. She is so pleasant to be around first with that awesome smile and attitude which leads into her professionalism and care when she is working in your mouth. She is though but gentle.. she answers questions and when you leave her chair you feel as if money well spent.. she is one that if she leave you are willing to follow LOL!!! Thanks Shadie for being the best at what you do!!!

I recently got an exam and cleaning done here. Dr Garza was a very good doctor who kept it real with me about treatment and did a thorough exam. Anthony, the hygienist provided me with maybe the best cleaning I ever had before. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone should get a cleaning by him.

My insurance recently changed, and my dentist of 18 years is not in network with the new dental insurance. I scheduled an appointment here for an initial visit. I am serious about my dental care, go to the dentist every 6 months and have gone to the same dental office for the past 18 years. During my initial visit I was told I had gingivitis, and needed treatment that would cost $1049. The dentist completed an assessment and told me I had bleeding from my gums. The assessment raised red flags from the very beginning, because I have routine dental care, brush/floss regularly and I have never had an issue with bleeding gums. I told the office I would consult my longtime dental office. I spoke with my dentist, and was told it was highly unlikely my dental care had declined to the point I would have gingivitis from the last time I was seen in their office. I called Pearland dental and requested a standard cleaning, and was told by the dentist they would only perform the treatment they diagnosed. The dentist assumed my decision to decline the treatment they recommended was based on cost, and that was not the issue here. I did not trust their recommendation for treatment, and felt it was a money grab vs what was needed. I declined their services, returned to my longtime dental office, and paid out of pocket for an exam and regular cleaning. My dentist said I didn’t have gingivitis, and didn’t need a deep cleaning. The dental hygienist I’ve seen for many years confirmed I had some tartar; but it wasn’t bad and she confirmed I didn’t have any bleeding from the gums. Pearland dental recommended treatment that was not medically indicated, for profit. I have worked in healthcare for 30+ years, take my overall health seriously, and am adamant that routine preventive care is a priority. I have great respect for the healthcare providers I receive my care from, but health management is a partnership, and the provider cannot forget many patients take an active role in their care, and will notice if they are being misled or mistreated. Trust is very important in choosing a provider!!!! I didn’t decline the recommended treatment because I couldn’t pay for it. I declined the recommended treatment from Pearland Dental, because the diagnosis and recommended treatment didn’t line up with the historical facts and current symptoms!!!!!

Dr. Madison was very nice and patient and explained all that is necessary for my treatment. Although l have just met her, l feel she will give me the best treatment l could expect. Aracelis was very nice, helpful and courteous.

I had a great experience w/ all the staff. Dr. Madison is the best! Glad to be back…I felt very comfortable & trusted Dr. Madison w/ my extensive dental care. Great results! Everyone worked together smoothly, starting w/ Kaylyn, Brandon, Gladis & her dental assistant.The staff was very professional! I plan to return & highly recommend Pearland Dentist on Pearland Parkway, Pearland.

Dr. Garza, Anthony and Aracelis were all amazing! I am very grateful to have found this office. It's bright, clean, smells great, a little chilly (but they have and offer blankets!); I feel very comfortable and confident in their care. They explained well and everyone took the time to ask me if I had any questions, and listened without an ounce of irritation or rush even though they were busy! Happy to have found the dental office I'll be sticking with!
