Sage Dental - Pearland

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication at Sage Dental. I was assured that my son could have all his fillings completed in one appointment, only to arrive and be told otherwise. The staff suddenly began discouraging the procedure they had already agreed to, making the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. If splitting the treatment into multiple visits was recommended, that should have been communicated from the beginning, not after I took time off work for a scheduled appointment. No accountability, no apology, and a complete waste of my time. I requested a refund and will not be returning. Dental care is too expensive to tolerate this level of disorganization.

I have been at this location about three times now and so far, I have been happy with my experience. The Dentist that helped me today, usually is the one that helps me. She is SO patient! The Dental Hygienist was patient and nice too! The young lady that did the X-ray’s of my teeth 🦷 🦷 🦷 was very patient too! Overall, all the team members work together to make sure you are taken care of. I’m very sorry I do not know anyone name that helped me today. This has been my personal experience. We had a great first experience at Sage Dental! My family and I visited for the first time, and everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and communicated everything clearly throughout our visit. The team was especially wonderful with our kids, helping them feel comfortable and making the experience enjoyable. It’s always reassuring to find a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients. We’re happy with our visit and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Was so pleased my toothe abstraction. Didn't feel no pain. Checked on me through out the procedure if was doing ok. Made feel really comfortable.

i've had my first visit here, even though the reviews were negative. I still scheduled an appointment. The staff / employees were friendly and nice. I didn't have any issues , the Dr's were straightforward with the treatment. I would recommend.

Prompt, friendly staff, professional in every detail. I've been receiving treatment with them for more than three years.yes, true the staff keep changing but the current staff proved to be the best on everything. This was my first time at this dentist. Was impressed at the start with the updated X-ray machine. Then the dentist did the exam and cleaned my teeth. The hygienist then flossed and polished. Highly recommend this company. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

I've been to different dental clinics but so far this is one of the best I've been. From checking in, Xray, billings and shout out to Dr.Pham, everything was excellent. Dr. PHAM explained in details regarding my teeth conditions and treatment. Extremely satisfied with my first visit.
