I am so relieved after my first visit to this dental office. I was overdue for some dental work and felt extremely anxious and nervous going in. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the front desk lady, who was so pleasant and kind. I shared how nervous I was about my appointment, and she reassured me right away that everything would be okay. The dental assistants were also incredibly friendly, and the moment I sat in the chair, they helped ease my worries. I never felt judged, instead, my anxiety was truly calmed by how comforting and supportive everyone was. Once the hygienist began the procedure, she was consistently attentive and supportive, checking in with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. To Dr. Caldwell and your entire staff—thank you for the excellent care. You are by far the kindest dentist I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate how well I was taken care of today. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great place.

I’ve been visiting this dental office for years, and I’ve always found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. Dr. Caldwell, my primary dentist, is truly amazing. He always makes time to answer my questions and concerns about my teeth, and he only recommends and does what’s absolutely necessary. I really appreciate his honesty, kindness, encouragement, and thoroughness. He and the entire staff are professional yet friendly and caring. Plus, the prices are fair and affordable, and the facility is clean. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, I had a good experience at this dental office. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, however, could be more organized and welcoming. Check-in felt a bit slow and not very friendly. Dr. Desai was absolutely amazing and very caring. He treats patients like his own family and gives great suggestions. He even did my mom’s root canal the same day, which was a huge help. Highly recommend Dr. Desai for his excellent care and professionalism.

I recently had an extraction here, something I’ve been avoiding for a while due to anxiety about the process. I had the BEST experience! The team I had were professional, kind and made sure I was comfortable and prepared. I had a woman in the room with me (she said her name meant Bitter lol!) who sat with me and assisted Dr. Desai, she helped calm my nerves and gave me plenty of information for my aftercare, thank you! Dr. Desai was awesome. I also had a great teeth cleaning before my extraction. I look forward to continuing all of my dental treatments and cleaning at Signature Smiles. I’ve taken my 11 y/o daughter here multiple times to address her dental needs and have nothing but great things to say about our experiences. The whole staff is so welcoming, kind, and helped my daughter who is usually anxious about the dentist feel extremely comfortable while she’s being taken care of there. She recently had a cavity filled and didn’t feel a thing. They also explained how the process was going to happen with her directly which we both appreciated. They provided transparent break downs regarding fees required for procedures, so there were no surprises. And have helped the process move forward smoothly with upcoming dental procedures that my daughter will need. I’m so happy and relieved I found a dental practice that I can trust with my girl.
