Swish Dental - Pflugerville

First time I went to Swish dental care in Pflugerville, Jeri the dental hygienist was so patient, thorough and had such a great personality. I actually didn’t mind being at the dentist office. I have changed Dentist many times because I’ve never quite felt comfortable. The office staff and the assistance are super welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Owen Stone is absolutely stellar! In fact, I have been so comfortable that I got Invisalign and I am almost at the end of my treatment. The results have been amazing! I highly recommend trying out this facility. Thank you, Swish dental of Pflugerville!

Swish in Pflugerville was excellent! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, jot forgetting Dr. Stone! I was so anxious for my procedure and they made me feel incredibly comfortable. Everyone there was calm, collected that it made the process super easy. Recommend 110%!

Always have a great experience for my cleanings. Friendly, responsive, non-preachy, and doc is clear, engaging, and trustworthy. I appreciate how simple moving through the appointment is a from scheduling, to check in, and all the work done in the chair. Definitely recommend!

Honestly the dental industry is set up as a scam, they didn’t do anything I had scheduled. I scheduled an emergency extraction for tooth pain & turns out the Dr. that does extraction doesn’t even work on Fridays (the day their online system let me schedule for) & they changed my appointment to a new patient and did X-rays only for that day… then I’m trying to call to schedule my appointment for the extractions. No one answers I get an automated message press 1 to get scheduled as the message says only to be told “oh let me transfer you to our dedicated team” that happened 3 times before she said “well let me schedule you a call back, so they can get you scheduled “ spent 10 mins on the phone pressing 1 to end up no where.. I’m now waiting for them to call me. Nothing is scheduled I have tooth pain and they have yet to help me. What a waste of time this has been. Now I get to spend probably another 15-20mins tomorrow trying to get scheduled. Horrible experience so far, also the office is set up extremely modern which is fine. However the staff that took my X-rays kept having issues with the X-ray tech not working and having to take multiple X-rays of mouth over and over again which is uncomfortable & annoying to have that thing jammed into my mouth multiple times cuz it wasn’t taking the picture. Like if you wanna use new tech cool, but make sure it works and the person operating it knows how to do it correctly the 1st time not the 20th time. The only reason I’m even still going to complete my extractions here is cuz it’s close to home & work. But after this is done I’ll probably go somewhere else

I had a gingivitis cleaning today, and Jery made me feel so comfortable with her calming and fun presence. She continuously checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the procedure and shared so many helpful tips and great advice for taking care of my gums at home. Thank you, Swish Dental and Jery, for truly making a difference in my dental experience!

The dentist introduced himself right away and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. I also got to see a 3D scan of my teeth for the first time, which was really interesting. My hygienist went above and beyond by showing me how to properly floss around my implant, something no one had ever taken the time to explain before. The office is clean and welcoming, and the treatment areas in particular felt very fresh. The only downside was the lobby deodorizer. It was quite strong and a bit overwhelming. Aside from that, everything else was great. The billing team was friendly and efficient, and they quickly provided a clear breakdown of recommended future treatments. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be back.

The office is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Stone was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly felt like they cared about my experience and not just the procedure. I had an extraction done that I had been putting off for a while and not once did I feel judged or shamed by the team. I went from feeling embarrassed to feeling empowered. Which is a big jump given my anxiety towards dentists. The financial team came in and broke down all the prices for me and the estimate was triaged for me in terms of priority for my needs. I had a fantastic experience at Swish Dental's Pflugerville office. I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth whitened and they did an incredible job. Monica's attention to detail during set up to ensure maximum comfort was impeccable. Dr. Stone, stopped by after the procedure to ensure I was happy with the results and discuss after care to achieve the optimal outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Stone & his team, they're simply phenomenal.

Had to find a new dentist and ended up trying Swish Dental. Getting an appointment was easy, they took my insurance and prices seems reasonable. All of the staff is very friendly and took it easy on me during the cleaning because I have sensitive teeth. Office is also very clean!
