I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this orthodontic office. If I had known what I would go through, I honestly would have never chosen to come here. After nearly two years of wearing braces, I am still self-conscious about my smile. I had my braces removed a month ago, but my gums are still significantly swollen. Before my braces were removed, I was told that the swelling should improve with proper brushing and flossing. I have followed those instructions consistently, yet a month later, there has been little to no improvement. What is most frustrating is that I was specifically told by the doctor that if the swelling did not go down, they would address it. Now, instead of honoring that conversation, I am being asked to pay an additional $1,150 for gum contouring. I feel completely dismissed and disappointed by the way my concerns have been handled. I came here expecting professional care and to feel confident about my smile, but instead I have been left feeling even more insecure and unheard. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this practice. I will not be returning, and I certainly will not be referring my friends or family here. I had even considered bringing my daughter here for braces, but after my experience, I would not feel comfortable doing so. Do not be fooled by all the “perfect” reviews.

Lighthouse Orthodonics is a kid friendly place to go. This is our second time here, and each time has been a pleasure. The office is very clean and the staff are very polite. My daughter is getting ready for braces and everything was explained from the procedure, pricing, equipment that will be used to how long it takes.

Had an appointment at 8:45 and arrived right on time. Within less than 5 minutes, I was already being taken care of and situated. The dental assistant I had was so kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable — I just wish I had gotten her name! Overall, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great experience from start to finish!

LHP Orthodontics is a terrific group of professionals. I would highly recommend them. I’m an older patient, not your typical “braces” patient. I have treated so well and am thrilled with the results.

Lighthouse Point Orthodontics is truly one of a kind. From day one, Dr. Rozen and his entire team have been amazing. The assistants are always so gentle and patient, and the ladies at the front desk are welcoming and organized every single visit. My child has been coming here for about 4 years now, and even after moving to Orlando, I still drive back just for appointments because the care and service here are that good. It’s hard to find a team that truly cares about their patients the way they do. Dr. Rozen and his staff make every visit a great experience, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. If I could pack them up and bring them to Orlando with me, I absolutely would lol! I had a great experience with Dr. Daniel Rozen and his team at Lighthouse Point Orthodontics. He was very direct with me from the get go about what results we could achieve as an adult patient in my fifties. And he delivered exactly what he promised in the time he promised, and the price quoted up front was exactly what I paid for the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Rozen.
