The only dentist I will ever go to in Florida! Staff is so friendly, they are so quick, and they really listen to my concerns and help. HIGHLY recommend! Love them all!

Pompano Beach Family Dental provides the best dental services I have ever had in my lifetime. The staff is very warm, friendly and extremely accommodating. Dr. Mehrdad Daneshgar is excellent to work with and highly knowledgeable in his profession. He is very accommodating and takes his time explaining any of the dental needs I have. Other dentist I have had in the past were "pushy" and wanting me to have certain proceedures done, that were not necessay, simply to "make money." Not the case here. Jasmine Montes, Registered Dental Hygenist, is also excellent and takes a lot of time when she throughly cleans my teeth. Thier dental equipment is "state of the art." I highly recommend Pompano Beach Family Dental for anyone searching for a new Dentist for any dental needs you might have.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, but unfortunately the practice has really gone downhill since Dr. Roth sold it. I want to be clear that my issue is not with the dentists or hygienists, who have been fine. My experience with the front desk staff and office manager, however, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had an appointment last week and received both voicemail and text confirmations. I also received a “see you soon” reminder text about two hours before my appointment. I drove 30 minutes to the office, only to be told when I arrived that my appointment had been canceled because I did not call them back after they left a voicemail. They refused to see me that day, and I left without having been seen. I asked when I had ever been told that failing to return a confirmation voicemail would result in my appointment being canceled. They told me it was in the text message. I showed them the text messages, and nothing in them said that my appointment would be canceled if I did not call back. In fact, the most recent message I received shortly before the appointment confirmed that they would see me soon. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or taking any responsibility, the front desk staff and office manager blamed me, said it was my fault and my “lack of communication,” and spoke to me in a demeaning and dismissive way. Three staff members, including the office manager, essentially ganged up on me at the front desk. At one point, they even stood up in a way that felt intimidating. After more than 20 years as a patient, with no history of missed appointments or issues, I was honestly horrified by how I was treated. A policy like that should be clearly communicated, especially when the office is still sending confirmation and reminder texts. I left feeling disrespected, completely undervalued as a longtime patient, and shocked that I was turned away after showing up for an appointment their own system had confirmed. I will not be returning and have already scheduled an appointment with another dental office.

Excellent service with professional and caring staff. The dentist was gentle, explained each step clearly, and made the whole treatment pain-free. The clinic is very clean with modern equipment. Easy booking and no long wait. Highly recommended for all dental needs.

Dr. D was very informative on what my priorities on going forward with any dental work. He was also very caring and understanding. Special recognition to Sedi up in the front, she was very welcoming and detailed on my insurance plan! Thank you Tony for a great cleaning experience. Tony was very gentle and courteous and also respectful.

The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing. I really appreciated how clearly they explained each step and provided helpful guidance for improvement. I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back, and I will also be sending referrals their way.

Very clean, modern, technology centered and well organized. Communication prior to the appt and at the site was not obnoxious like a lot of healthcare companies do now. My hygienist Tony was excellent in communicating and going through the process. The dentist was kind and informative. I was pleasantly surprised! A well oiled machine in a modern package.
