Dr. E. R. Leach III, DDS

I would never tolerate an employee that argues with my customers the way the secretary here does! She was told to make 3 future appointments. 2 for my daughter to have her cavity filled and get a cleaning and one for me a year later for a cleaning. A couple weeks later I get notified that I have an appointment that week. I was really sick so I called to reschedule it. I was confused why I had an appointment so I asked the secretary what I was scheduled for. I don’t know what this woman’s problem is but she’s so rude and dismissive that I started calling in with my husband or daughter on speaker phone as a witness. Right off shes condescending and tells me that my appointment was to have my cavity filled. I told her I was confused because I didn’t have any cavities. I told her the appointment to have a cavity filled was supposed to be made for my daughter not me and maybe she mixed it up and made the appointment for me. Wow! She got really mad and said she would just cancel my appointment. I told her I honestly didn’t know I had a cavity and that my teeth break easily. If I did have a cavity I seriously needed to come in and have it fixed but I was really sick and needed to reschedule and I’ll just talk to Dr Leach then. She got even madder and really offended and goes “Dr Leach doesn’t make mistakes like that so if you’re absolutely convinced that you do not have a cavity I’m just gonna cancel your appointment. You don’t have to come in to talk to Dr. Leach because he’s busy and doesn’t appreciate having his time wasted like that”! I asked her if I was seriously wasting his time if I did have a cavity! She was so rude my husband said “Oh wow”! I guess that’s when she realized we were on speaker. Her whole tone changed and she rescheduled my appointment. The day before that appointment I called in with a question. That’s when she told me I didn’t have an appointment because she sent me a certified letter saying they weren’t going to treat my family anymore! I wasn’t going to waste another minute of my sanity or life on this person so I hung up and found new dentists for. I was concerned that I had a cavity that needed to be fixed so I made a emergency appointment with Aspen Dental! Guess what? I literally don’t have one single freaking cavity! I got home and pulled out the past appointment cards. I was absolutely right! She made the appointment to have a cavity filled for me not my daughter. It’s sad that after all these years Dr Leach lost all my family’s business because that woman simply couldn’t admit she made a simple mistake! It really stinks for my daughter. She hates going to the dentist but loved going Dr Leach because he made her feel comfortable. The way she talks to people I’m sure I’m not the only person she’s treated like this.

Excellent work, and very friendly staff. I have an extension dental history and Dr Leach has made me feel better about my smile, I feel no anxiety in his office either,

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leach since 2009 and I love him and his staff. My kids and I have always felt very comfortable and welcomed, considering I am terrified of dentists. Him and his staff are very nice and professional. Overall, I highly recommend him.

I have had the absolute BEST experience at Dr. Leach’s office for both my exam and cleaning appointments. I wish I could give his team 30 stars!!!! I was so, extremely nervous and apprehensive to visit the dentist, and their team is not only extremely professional and gentle, but also understanding, compassionate, kind, and truly just the most exceptional dental practice I’ve ever visited. I was actually excited to get my teeth cleaned at today’s visit, which speaks volumes about their practice, professionalism, and genuine compassion. They have gained a lifelong client with myself, as well as with my family. I’m so grateful for Dr. Leach and his team, and I am sincerely thankful that I trusted them with my teeth and care. If you’re looking for the most incredible dental practice, look no further. I truly can’t say enough amazing words about them!

Dr. Leach is a superb dentist. He listens. He is attentive. And takes his time. Wow...what a difference from the chain dentist shops. If you're looking for a regular dentist I highly recommend considering Dr. Leach. Photo of banana bread is from my last visit, which landed on the monthly "Customer Appreciation Day"...yummy.
