Front desk staff can't even look at you when you are talking to them. I thought maybe they were really busy and focused but then they didn't have any trouble jibber jabbering with each other about anything and everything.

I have been a patient of this practice for 25 years I think. I’ve always been more than happy with every experience, every cleaning, every filling, every interaction and everybody. This group is amazing. I’m a Dad now and I got to take my 6 year old son to the big boy dentist for the first time recently. He was very nervous and scared leading up to our arrival. We saw Dr. Innerst and Clarissa. I can not say enough good things about these two individuals. They took a ton of time with my son to make him comfortable. They told him that I show them videos and photos of him every time I come in and even asked him details about the stuff they saw him doing in the videos (drumming, singing, etc.) and they also taught him some cool facts about his teeth. Joey came out of his shell within minutes for them when he is normally very shy. Multiple others that I know from the practice also stopped in when they saw me to meet my son that they had heard so much about over the years. My son got to feel extra special that day because of everyone who stopped in just to meet him and for all the attention Dr. Innerst and Clarissa gave to him. This was an outstanding experience above and beyond what I was expecting. I can’t say enough great things and I can’t recommend this group enough!!! (I know this review was mostly about my experience with my son but I also want to stress how phenomenal the dental care is here as well. I’ve had a million cavities and tooth issues and these people are also the best at that!!!).

Laurie is the best! She always figures out a way to get me worked into her schedule if I need seen without appointment, she is a great dentist and friend,makes you feel welcome and like family when you visit

Don't see the new dentist there, if he doesn't like you he will get you banned from the practice even after being a 10+ year patient. He disagrees with the other dentists at the practice that have been there for years. Even though he has only recently finished his residency at hospital. Wanted to do unnecessary procedures for problems that didn't exist first time I saw him and was only there for a filling. Second time I saw him he proceeded to argue with me about what tooth that the lady who just performed my cleaning, wanted him to check. That was after waiting 15+ min in chair for him. I told him I didn't want to argue and did not agree with someone treating me like an idiot so I got up and left. Today I received certified letter saying I am no longer welcome. I never asked to see this new dentist and now I have to find a whole new practice. So unfairly treated, never asked my side of story or anything. After 10+ years of going here sticking with them when they had no times available because of pandemic etc. Be very careful who you see at this practice.

I used to come here as a child as my grandmother was a hygienist here. I moved away for 8 years and returned to the area. I was pleasantly reminded how great this dental office is. They make you feel like family, care about your needs, and are genuinely wanting to provide the most comfortable experience for their patients. The office is clean and professional and even the front desk employees are exceptional.
