I was in search of a better dentist experience here in DFW and Richardson Dentistry is top tier. They’re punctual, professional, the office itself is nice! I feel confident in the care I’m receiving. My boyfriend has been going for some time and I’m glad I followed suit!

I have never been more relieved or excited to see a dentist! I’m a returning patient of Dr. Fleming’s, and even though I now live almost an hour away, I decided to make the commute back and now I remember exactly why. Even before I walked through the door, I felt cared for. The front desk staff were so kind, warm, and helpful on the phone, and that same feeling continued the second I arrived. I truly felt like I was being treated like a queen. The service is absolutely top-notch. 🤌🏻✨ Everyone here is so nice and genuinely listens. You never feel like you’re just another patient. Richardson Dentistry doesn’t feel like a business it feels like family. The office itself is beautiful, but what really stands out is how cared for, validated, and safe I felt throughout my visit. And honestly, saying you feel *safe* at the dentist says a lot! 😂 I love this place so much and am so grateful I made the decision to come back, even with the long commute. Dr. Fleming and the entire team are truly something special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richardson Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional care with a genuinely personal touch.

My dental experience at Richardson Dentistry was very positive again today. Everyone is professional and caring. Dr. Mike is excellent in his work as well as helpful in explanations. Lettie is a very good assistant. I highly recommend Richardson Dentistry!

Always a great experience with these guys. Courteous, caring, informative, takes time to ask about how you have been since last visit. Very professional staff. All the dentists are great. All staff in this practice cares about you personally and professionally. Will never go anywhere else!!!

It must be a good place to work because staff retention is great and everyone acts cheerful. Plus they get 3 1/2 days in a row off every week. Not great for patients whose temporary crowns don't like to stay on and can't get anyone to help for 4 days. I ended up going to a different dentist for emergency help and have stayed there. Be aware that Richardson Dentistry is not in network for any insurance. They have amazing state-of-the-art equipment and also amazing state-of-the-art prices.

This team is the best in the metroplex! They have taken great care of me and my son for years and I consider many of the staff as friends. Always on the cutting edge of technology and accommodating of my schedule and budget.

Can't recommend them highly enough! Not only do they provide quality care, but they also care about their patients. My husband has childhood dental trauma and avoided the dentist for years. Richardson Dentistry offered to give him a tour before his first appointment to put him at ease. When they found out my mom had passed, they gave me a sweet little comfort package to brighten my day. They really go above and beyond.

I had a great experience at Richardson Dentistry! The staff was welcoming and the onboarding process for a new patient was incredibly thorough. Dr. Michael really put my concerns at ease during the evaluation, and Marny followed up with an excellent, friendly cleaning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care.

Dr. Mike is amazing. I get very nervous when it comes to medical procedures of any kind. He was very kind, gentle, and understanding of how nervous I was and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Audrey is also my fav, love her. Super sweet every time I see her and always goes above and beyond to help. Really awesome dental practice!

As always great care. Marney always takes the time to ask me about my general health and any dental issues. Since I am having issues with dry mouth she took the time to offer me suggestions on how to deal with this issue. Then there is the thorough dental cleaning she provides. Excellent. The total experience at Richardson Dentistry is always professional, the staff is excellent. The dentists take the time to explain any issues and what needs to be done to eliminate them. I have been a patient for over 40 years and I have come to expect excellent care.
