It must be a good place to work because staff retention is great and everyone acts cheerful. Plus they get 3 1/2 days in a row off every week. Not great for patients whose temporary crowns don't like to stay on and can't get anyone to help for 4 days. I ended up going to a different dentist for emergency help and have stayed there. Be aware that Richardson Dentistry is not in network for any insurance. They have amazing state-of-the-art equipment and also amazing state-of-the-art prices.

Can't recommend them highly enough! Not only do they provide quality care, but they also care about their patients. My husband has childhood dental trauma and avoided the dentist for years. Richardson Dentistry offered to give him a tour before his first appointment to put him at ease. When they found out my mom had passed, they gave me a sweet little comfort package to brighten my day. They really go above and beyond.

I had a great experience at Richardson Dentistry! The staff was welcoming and the onboarding process for a new patient was incredibly thorough. Dr. Michael really put my concerns at ease during the evaluation, and Marny followed up with an excellent, friendly cleaning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care.

Dr. Mike is amazing. I get very nervous when it comes to medical procedures of any kind. He was very kind, gentle, and understanding of how nervous I was and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Audrey is also my fav, love her. Super sweet every time I see her and always goes above and beyond to help. Really awesome dental practice!

As always great care. Marney always takes the time to ask me about my general health and any dental issues. Since I am having issues with dry mouth she took the time to offer me suggestions on how to deal with this issue. Then there is the thorough dental cleaning she provides. Excellent. The total experience at Richardson Dentistry is always professional, the staff is excellent. The dentists take the time to explain any issues and what needs to be done to eliminate them. I have been a patient for over 40 years and I have come to expect excellent care.
