I had a broken tooth and visited this amazing dental office. The dentist thoroughly evaluated the damage and was able to save my tooth. After cleaning the area, they created a custom crown in-house and placed it the very same day. Throughout the entire process, the dentist and staff clearly explained each step and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to patient care were outstanding. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. K. and his staff treated me with such compassion and respect when I came for a comprehensive evaluation for a mouth full of failing teeth. I have struggled with my teeth since I had cancer in my 20's and chemo and radiation did a number on them. I asked him to provide me with a treatment plan that I could take to a specialist to be able to be approved for dental implants. He did that for me and I got approved thanks to him. About 10 days later, one of my failing teeth started to hurt - I called the office and he provided antibiotics for me since he knew my surgical appointment was over a week out with another doctor. I didn't even have to go back to the office. He didn't make much off my visit to his office, but he left an impression I had to share. He was so kind and understanding and really listened to what I needed while giving me sound advice and help getting where I needed to be. There are truly good people out there doing good work and this office with Dr. K. and his super compassionate staff is one of them. Highly recommend - especially - if like me - you have dental phobia/anxiety or just don't know what to do about the issues you have going on.

Everyone here has been so friendly and nice. My first visit I was very uncomfortable and having anxiety and they made sure that I was not anxious and feeling OK before starting the procedure that meant a lot to me. They’re very efficient have the best Friend friendliest front desk people and I am so happy that I found them.

They have the nicest clinic, nurses, and doctor! They take away the nervousness of visiting a dentist with how sweet and professional they are. Most PPO insurances are covered by them and their pricing is super reasonable for the quality and precision of the consultation. Glad to make them by go-to dentistry!

Amy and other hygienists are awesome. Dr Kapadia cares about his patients. Once due to insurance coverage we stopped going there and tried Serene dentistry in McKinney. They recommended work on several teeth costing thousands of dollars. I changed my insurance back and went to back to Dr Kapadia. He just suggested we take a closer look. It has been almost 8 years and I have not had to do anything in those yet.

Everyone was super nice and professional! My first visit was when I was 8mo pregnant with a toddler and they even had an ADORABLE little goodie bag with a book, t shirt, and some tooth brushes & cover. How kind!
