Honestly had a horrible experience here. I originally came in for two fillings around November of 2025 and it’s currently July of 2026 and I’m at my (hopefully) final appointment here to fix my doctors mistake of not giving me a root canal. Originally, I was told I only needed a filling, but that resulted in extreme sensitivity in one of the teeth. I returned after I called saying I had sensitivity. There was no exploration done before the doctor just began drilling down the filling at the follow up appointment. This, of course did not help. The sensitivity continued. I came back to drill the tooth again, and then again to have the filling redone. Nothing helped until I got a consultation with a different doctor about two weeks after the refill who told me I had to wait six weeks to get a root canal (which should have been done in the first place bc the cavity was too deep). I got the root canal done and everything was fine, I could finally eat on the left side of my mouth like I hadn’t been able to do for half a year. I was ecstatic. Until I came back for my temporary crown, in which they began filing down the surrounding teeth. Bringing back the sensitivity and once again preventing me from eating on the left side of my mouth. I’m currently sitting in one of the rooms as I’m writing this, waiting for my permanent crown. My appointment time was for 9:00 am, and it is currently 10:10, I’ve been sitting in the operating chair for around 50 minutes. The service is also extremely subpar. All of the staff have a uncaring and nonchalant attitude that makes it extremely difficult to communicate and interact with them. Please do not come to this practice. There are other, better practices to choose from where you’ll get better treatment and service. (For extra support on my claim, my brother and father have gotten fillings and root canals here and have had the same experience as I have)

This dental office was one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I’ve had. I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed additional dental work, but I was never shown my X-rays or given a clear explanation of the findings that supported the recommendation. After my appointment, I called the office to request copies of my X-rays and the doctor’s notes before moving forward with any treatment. The staff confirmed my email address and told me they would send them, but after two weeks I never received anything. When I called back to cancel my appointment and explained that I was uncomfortable proceeding with additional treatment without first reviewing my X-rays, the receptionist simply said, “That’s fine.” There was no apology, no attempt to address my concerns, and no effort to retain me as a patient. That response confirmed my decision to seek a second opinion elsewhere. My experience with Dr. Jung was equally disappointing. Recommending additional treatment without reviewing the X-rays with me or explaining the clinical reasoning did not inspire confidence. Patients deserve to understand why treatment is being recommended before agreeing to it. I felt like I was working with an intern or trainee. Even the cleaning itself felt unprofessional. Water was spraying into my nose, down my back, and everywhere throughout the procedure. I’ve had many dental cleanings over the years and have never experienced anything like it. It reflected a lack of attention to patient comfort and overall professionalism. If you value communication, transparency, and customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Krishna and his assistant Brea. I came in not feeling well, and they went out of their way to make accommodations for me, which I truly appreciated. Both of them were incredibly thoughtful, gentle, kind, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I had six root canals and build-ups done in one day, and they handled everything efficiently while keeping me comfortable the whole time. I experienced minimal to no pain, and they got me in and out quickly without ever making me feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic care. I only wish they were closer to me—if they were, I would make them my permanent dental office without hesitation! Just wanted to update with the completed results…cannot thank Dr. Krishna enough for the incredible work he has done for me. After years of being self-conscious about my smile and dealing with pain in my front teeth, I finally have my confidence back. He recently completed the crowns for my root canal treatment, and the results are amazing. For the first time in years, I can smile without feeling embarrassed, and best of all, the pain is gone. Dr. Krishna was kind, professional, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. His skill and attention to detail have made a huge difference in my life. Thank you, Dr. Krishna, for giving me my smile back. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend you to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist. I wish I got give him more stars!!!

Best Smiles family dentistry has been amazing to my teen son. I’ve taken him to several dentists just to be told to go somewhere else but not best smiles since day one they have done great he’s had several teeth pulled even root canals and I sat in there with him he didn’t feel a thing even after no issues at all. Dr K and Jasmine we can’t thank you guys enough for everything!! Being a single mom having no support system and for years no transportation they have been nothing but understanding and showed empathy with us no matter how far we have to drive this is where we will be going for all dental issues. Thanks again so much for all you guys do!!!

Wonderful staff and great experience as a new patient. From appointment, to reception, to tech/hygienist, to doc; I felt welcomed, comfortable, informed, and confident. Professional, personable, and engaging throughout. Left my first visit with a clear and comprehensive plan that feels more like a partnership than a healthcare transaction. Feeling so good about the impression and experience, I’m actually looking forward to a future extraction and root canal - No joke.
