Riverside Plaza Dentistry

I had my 1st visit last Friday and the whole visit was smooth and easy. It all started great with the friendly front desk. In the back Eunice made my X-rays experience quick and easy. Cody the hygienist took care of my cleaning and made it painless. A big thanks to Dr. Jia and Dianna for staying late on a Friday and taking care of my treatment knowing my work schedule is complicated. Best part was hearing how much Dr. Jia loves her job. You just feel it with how they have fun and look to make sure everything is done well.

Love this place! Started coming just for me about 7yrs ago and now my husband, kids (adult) and parents go here. Super friendly staff, very personable. There’s not one frown in the office. Everyone…. from the front desk staff to all the clinical staff. I tell them they’re like family now. They really get to know their patients. All the Dr I’ve had encounters with, whether for myself or a family member, have been amazing, knowledgeable with professional chairside manner. They really explain things, make sure you understand your treatment plan and take the time to answer any questions/concerns. Appointments: easy to get via online or a quick phone call. Many open dates/times available. Wait time: fairly quick to get seated and be seen, if not by the Dr, by the clinical staff. Don’t get me wrong…. Dentist visit are usually a long visit but they’ve been the best compared to other offices I’ve experienced. Definitely a great Google search find!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. If I could give them more stars, I would!!!

This post is a little late, but it is definitely something I needed to write and share. I went in to this dentist office a little over a month ago because I was dealing with pretty severe tooth pain. I wound up having to get it extracted, but this dentist office went above and beyond. I have had tooth issues for years unfortunately. And from a prior experience, I have a LOT of anxiety when at the dentist. To start, I called them about an hour and a half before they closed and spoke to Araceli. From the start of the call, she immediately listened to my concerns and was sympathetic (she could hear me crying from pain) and assured me that even though they were about to close, to come in. They were probably the 3rd or 4th dentist I had called that day. I came in within about 10 min and she greeted me and assured me they would get me through it. I went to the back to get xrays and Diana helped me with those. She was a pleasure and kept me laughing through my tears until I had calmed down a bit. I then went into the back rooms where I was helped my Dr. Jia and Eunice. First and foremost, they explain things and they explain them well. I told them about my anxiety and they did everything they could to calm me down. However, I started panicking at one point while they were doing the shots because I had to have so many from the pain being deep in the root. This was the point that meant the most to me. Dr Jia could see I was upset and they asked if I needed a minute, which I definitely did. So they left the room, and Eunice brought me back a heated blanket. During the actual extraction I started to hyperventilate again and Eunice was there hushing me (in a good way) and brushing my arm. For someone who has a lot of anxiety and fear (and remember, I was also in a LOT of pain) this was probably the most human I have ever felt at a dental office. Rather than being told to “calm down” (trust me, its embarrassing enough for me without a dentist telling me I am overreacting.), I was met with kindness and understanding. So even though this review is a month late, I want you to know how much I appreciated everything you guys did for me. I will hopefully be seeing you guys soon and thank you again! (Also, I interacted with quite a few other people than who I listed at this location and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and kind.)

My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now, and the staff is always very friendly and professional. From our first visit, I really appreciated how kind everyone we talked to was. Today I saw Dr. Jia, hygienist Cody and assistant Eunice. They were all easy to talk to and understand. I think sometimes a dentist can be scary for people so having a staff that is patient and pleasant is a bonus!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and it has always been great. Not sure if they did customer service training lately or changed some processes but the last couple visits have been even more exceptional. Staff is super kind and easy to talk to. My teeth always feel clean and look great after a cleaning!
