I have been going to this location for over 30years, but since the business has shifted to other Dr's (besides Dr. White) the customer service has gone downhill. Dr Dalida's staff/schedule needs to be adjusted to accommodate what he is actually performing. 3 times in a row I was scheduled to see him but I did not, due to the wait time. If he doesn't have the ability to see you in a timely manner, patient's should be advised to decide whether you have the ability to wait. Seems highly unprofessional to book appointments that you are not able to see due to the scheduled work load. Thinking about switching to another Dr.

I've been with Riverside Dental for years now. This was/is my wife's provider, so I left my old dentist and never looked back. Jamie does a great job keeping my teeth clean, and Dr. Elias has always been terrific. When I recently needed work on a tooth, they got me in on short notice and took care of the issue. - Thank you Riverside Dental Group!

I love coming to the dentist. Riverside Dental Group takes good care of my oral health. I have PPO insurance and I have two yearly cleaning and check up visits covered by my insurance. Jamie is my favorite hygienist. She's so sweet and funny and always takes care of me. My teeth and gums have actually improved since coming here 4 years ago and they took care of a crown and did a great job. That tooth hasn't given me any problems since then. If you have PPO I definitely recommend making an appointment here!

My family and I have been patients of RDG for more than 20 years. We have experienced only the greatest customer service and care from pediatric to adult and endontry and even implants! We highly recommend

Aria is an amazing receptionist so is the other one Valerie. I see dr.elias and his team they are wonderful and fast. Rose dr Eliass treatment coordinator always helps me understand treatment plans to the fullest. The whole business is wonderful.- Edna

I have been visiting Riverside Dental for years. I go every 6 months for my cleaniing with Sabrina and seeing Dr Elias for exams. It is always a very comfortable visit walking into the office the lobby looks like a living room and is so inviting. You won't be disappointed for your dental needs.

Dr Nguyen is an excellent dentist. He is professional and courteous really taking an interest in the patient’s understanding of the procedure. Had a front tooth cap replaced. Result was beautiful. Dental hygienist, Sarah, was also excellent. Skilled, thorough and genuinely kind. Thank you!
