Dentists of Rowlett

I had an amazing experience at Dentists of Rowlett. From start to finish the process was seamless. The ladies at the front were able to work with me on my schedule effortlessly while the Dentists in the back provided quality care. Dr. Kazi was recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend her and this dentist office to everyone. I had not been to the dentist in years but I was able to get everything looked at quickly and efficiently with quality care. I had to get x rays, two crowns, and a night guard. My Insuraunce covered a good amount of the costs and this dentist office was accepting hmo and ppo plans. 10/10 would recommend!!(: Thank you to everyone at dentists of Rowlett and Jesus and Mel who recommended me (:

Went in today and loved the service. The front staff was very welcoming. Dr. Kazi seemed very knowledgeable about dentistry. She took the time to explain my needs and her concerns. Euro was also a very pleasant associate who made taking xrays enjoyable. Phoung was also valued my time and had me out in order to get to my next appointment. Very great experience.

It’s a pleasure to receive dental care in a beautiful facility. The front desk ladies are always friendly and willing to assist. But I’m extremely happy to be seeing Phuong, RDH , for my maintenance and cleanings. He is quite knowledgeable and gives exceptional suggestions. Phuong is friendly, courteous, and totally put me at ease. I’m normally a little apprehensive when I go to dentist offices or any medical office, but I felt quite at ease with my appointments with Phuong. The first time I was treated by him, we exchanged small details about ourselves, and I was surprised when he was able to recall little things that we discussed last time. Now that’s excellent patient/customer care in which I would know something being a nurse for almost 40 years. I will be recommending Phuong to my family and friends. I also want to thank Phuong so much for exceptional service.
