Dr. Pollock and her team do such an amazing job with supporting kids who may be scared of going to the dentist. We love this place and the people who work here!

We have been going here a few years now and I am just amazed at how professional this place is especially for pediatrics. I was so convinced our other dentist was doing a bad job and when we started going here I was so shocked at the quality of care! Our other dentist didn’t even use tools on our kids and I felt like the cleaning was not thorough at all. I don’t have anything to worry about anymore. They are so thorough and also very thoughtful with how they run their business. Thanks for taking such great care of our kiddos!

We have had a couple of visits so far and honestly , 5 stars isn’t enough to give this wonderful place !! Everyone here is so great and they are all so good with kids . My son keeps asking when we are going back to the dentist , something I never imagined . Scheduling is always easy and Carmen is always so kind in person and on the phone . The attention and detail that goes into every visit is amazing. We look forward to every visit!

Highly recommend this dentist. I would give 6 stars if possible. I love bringing my preschooler here. The kids area is colorful and welcoming, and Dr. Pollock, Abby, Tina, and the team are so patient with my son. He always leaves his appointment with a smile (and a toy!). Dr. Pollock answered all the questions I had and gave helpful recommendations. The front office staff are fantastic with scheduling and figuring out insurance. They make it easy for me. I appreciate y'all so much. We'll keep coming back!

The entire experience was beyond amazing from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist made us feel so welcomed, and every staff member after that was just as kind, patient, and professional. Dr Pollock truly knows how to make kids feel comfortable and at ease. The care, attention, and positive energy throughout the visit were outstanding from check in all the way to checkout. My 6 year old son walked out smiling and said, “Mom, I give them a 10 out of 10 and a 5 star review.” That alone says everything. We are so grateful to have found such an incredible dental office for our family. Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVE Rowlett Dental Kids crew. I drive 45 min every time just to take my kids here. They make sure the kids have fun and are comfortable every step of the way. It’s such a happy and peaceful place. ❤️
