The staff at Taconic are always pleasant and professional. I've been pleased with the outcome of every procedure, even if they aren't always comfortable to have. They really care how your doing and your dental health.

Taconic is a professional organization. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Their top tier technology with scheduling and notifications - to digital X-rays for the patient file make for a smooth experience. Direct to file digital records eliminate the chance of record keeping error. The facility is immaculate throughout. I highly recommend them.

I was shaking when I made the first call to Taconic Dental Arts but I needed to have something done with my teeth. They were horrible. Broken teeth, cracked teeth, chipped teeth…With the initial phone call to make the appointment for a consultation and to walking into the office I felt cared for. After meeting with Jess the dental assistant and having Dr Elizabeth Carmack doing the examination I felt hope. Dr Carmack came up with a treatment plan that I was so happy with. I was looking forward to starting my dental work. Fast forward a few weeks and today I walked out of their office with a brilliant smile. My teeth look absolutely amazing with great thanks to Dr Betsy. I actually cried when I saw them for the first time. Brittany another dental assistant was with me for all the dental work that I had done and both Dr Betsy and Brittany continually checked on me to make sure that I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Taconic Dental Arts. They are the best.

I find the people all very friendly and competent. Very professionally managed. My teeth have never felt better. Dr. Betsy does a beautiful job, always aware of her patient’s comfort.

The staff were great at Taconic Dental. They were very helpful by getting me in quicker than my previous dental office for a dental issue I was having. From the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist they were very caring and made me comfortable as a new patient.I’m very appreciative. I Highly recommend them.

I just transferred my care here and am so happy that I did. Dr Betsy was polite and thorough. She addressed a long term issue that other dentists were never able to figure out. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Betsy!
