Bexar Orthodontists and Pediatric Dentists

Had an amazing experience today! The check up was nice and quick. The staff are so friendly, especially Dr. Montoya and assistant Rosie. They have a special way of talking to kids and my 6 year old boy was at ease and comfortable! Thank you so much for the positive experience!

We had a great experience. The doctor was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our baby had her lip tie released, and while she cried for a little bit during the procedure, the team was gentle, caring, and did a wonderful job. Everyone made us feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend this office and Dr. Montoya

First time visiting this dentist and they blew me away! The place is extremely clean, inviting and kid friendly. They even have a coffee bar 🤗. From the front desk to the dental assistant and the doctor - I was extremely impressed with their kindness, friendliness and hospitality. My son is absolutely terrified of dentists due to negative experiences and I can tell you that the kid walked out with a smile. For the first time at a dental office, my kid was not shaking, or crying or throwing a tantrum. The dental assistant was fantastic and the dentist was phenomenal. They took their time to make my son comfortable and explain the problems. Granted my son only had an exam and rads. They even have a “treasure chest” and they had my kiddo choose a toy!!! He loved it. Fantastic great impression. Highly recommend.

What really stood out was her patience and genuine kindness—she connected with my boys in such a calming and reassuring way that helped ease any nerves they had. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and supported throughout the entire process. Finding a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate is so important, and we feel very lucky to have found her. Highly recommend this office to any parents looking for a positive dental experience for their children!

A huge shoutout to Brittany, Dee, Irma, Megan, and Jen—they truly go above and beyond. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. They take the time to explain everything, make the kids feel special, and create such a welcoming environment. It’s not always easy finding a place that’s great with kids, but this team absolutely is. We’re so grateful to have found them and highly recommend this office to any family looking for a positive, stress-free dental experience!

We decided on Bexar Pediatrics because of its location and also the reviews we saw online. Our baby had her 1st dental visit!! Dr. Montoya and her staff were incredible. The lobby staff were welcoming and the setting baby-friendly. Definitely will be coming back!!!
