Everything about my experience was phenomenal! From the start, Alicia is so welcoming, kind, and takes all the nerves away right away! Dr Otchere was extremely kind and made me comfortable going over my options for a confident smile. The lady taking X-rays was so patient with me and had such a calming presence! The dental hygienist was absolutely great. No pain and was very great at explaining everything! So grateful I found you all and excited to continue my plan to an amazing confident smile.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. I scheduled an appointment specifically for my routine six-month exam and cleaning. At the beginning of my visit, the dental assistant explained that they would first take my X-rays, then the dental hygienist would clean my teeth, and finally the dentist would come in to review everything. After the X-rays were completed and the dentist discussed the results, I was told I would have to come back on another day for my cleaning. I repeatedly asked why, but the only explanation I received was that it was due to the schedule. This made no sense since my appointment was booked for both an exam and a cleaning. The X-rays alone took about 20 minutes, so perhaps they ran out of time, but that shouldn't have happened when the appointment was scheduled correctly from the start. Refusing to perform the cleaning without a reasonable explanation was unprofessional and frustrating. I've never had to schedule a separate appointment for a routine cleaning when I specifically booked an exam and cleaning together. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dental office.

First time visit and it was awesome. Super friendly staff and great doctor. Greeted with all smiles and offered beverages while I waited. Very cozy waiting area that you can lounge in while you wait to be seen by the doctor. I'm not sure, but the equipment appears to be all new. I was taken back by the TV on the ceiling that you could watch while they clean or work on your teeth. I was provided good information to maintain my teeth and of course other options if I would like to do cosmetic work to them. I couldn't have came to a better place for a dentisit

I definitely do not look forward going to the dentist even at my grown age. By far, this has been the most pleasant dentist office I’ve ever attended. Front desk, hygienists, doctor, EVERYONE is the sweetest. Your comfort is so important to them. They definitely walk you through every step and are so gentle! Definitely coming back.

Had my first appointment today and I will tell you the reviews did not disappoint. All the staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable. You can watch Netflix on their ceiling-mounted TV, while they work on your teeth. Which I thought was pretty cool. The receptionist was extremely polite and actually made me laugh. The Dr. was extremely kind and had a really good attitude. I felt very welcomed there.
