My son’s spacer broke and the staff was very capable In handling the problem. Very well trained, and they took care of it within a day of notification. My son’s spacer broke again second time and we were given a time within the day. I sent a text in the morning and was given an immediate reply.

Thank you for taking care of my son’s teeth. I also appreciate the statements each month knowing how much left to pay. I wish there was a way to make/change appointments virtually due to low office hours.

Dr Scott came in with a clear treatment plan, answered any questions, and made sure I walked out with a plan in place to start the process for braces.

The staff here is so friendly and does a great job. I love that I can choose from Sandusky or Fort Gratiot. The receptionist with the dark hair is a great person to have greeting you at the front. She is a gem. Dr.Behnan is professional and friendly and straight to the point. I am amazed with how well my teeth have done. At 40 I couldn’t have had a better experience with simmering I’ve wanted to do since I was young.
