Chen Dental

This was my very first time ever coming to Chen Dental and everyone was so welcoming, kind, and friendly. They made sure I had plenty of options to keep me warm and comfortable, even offering lip balm, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch! They also welcomed me with a gift for being a first-time patient, which made me feel extra special. I had a cleaning done, and the entire experience was wonderful. They were very gentle throughout the whole process and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay and feeling comfortable. You can really tell they care about their patients and want them to have the best experience possible. I left very happy.

This is the best Dental Clinic in city of Sebring. Drs have extensive knowledge plus all the staff treat patients as VIP gusts. Make you have the warm welcome feelings ...That helped a lot to easy the stress while sitting on the dental treatment chair. Highly recommend to all...

Today was my first day to have the opportunity to become a patient of Chen Dental. My bridge had fallen out first thing this morning (Front tooth)and I was in a bad situation, if you know what I mean. I then asked my wife to call and see when I could get in to have it repaired. the young lady asked if I could come in right away, it takes a lot to impress me I guess am old-school,I have been around the block a couple of times. I was so impressed with everything from the moment I walked in.The welcome I received ,The kindness I received.and being treated with respect from everyone , The positive feeling I felt from the staff. The Honesty, I felt from everyone as if I was a Real person, not just a number.everyone was so professional. it blows my mind how beautiful and incredible The waiting room is , I honestly didn’t feel as though I was at the dentist, now some of you know what I mean. it takes a lot to impress me. Ohhhh my goodness! Hands down the best experience ever. From the moment I walked in to walking out was exceptional! The work I had done let me just say I did not feel a thing! Amazing place highly recommend it

Dr. Ward is absolutely amazing. I had a tooth prep and crown put on an upper back molar. Holding my jaw open for long periods of time is very uncomfortable for me. He provided a bite block and gave me opportunity to rest occasionally. I did not suffer the usual day after pain in my jaw. I thank him and the Dental Assistant for their great work and effort to make my appointment as comfortable for me as possible. Thank you both very much.

Im blown away on how well the buisness operates. The staff from top to bottom have the best attitude, kind, caring, and polite. My dental care is top notch. Cleanings are nearly pain free, communication is prompt and complete. Recommendations are relevant to my care, not pushy or random. Today marks one year as a patient and I see many years to come!

Wow! I felt like we were in Miami ! Beautiful office and better yet, Beautiful staff! The minute I walked in the door they made me feel special. It's truly the best dentist office I've ever experienced. The staff is exceptional! My doctor and her assistant were so sweet! We feel they are superior professionals. It's the last time we go to the dentist ...any other dentist!!! Class act all the way without a doubt! My dentist was Dr. Madison Huffman and her assistant was Ms.Yuri. Ask for them it's so worth it! The pricing is reasonable as well!

Was there today. From the first greeting to the waiting area, to the guided tour - this place is top notch....hygienist was great explaining xrays, dentist was superb and listened. I will be their patient for a long time. This is coming from a person with great fear of dentists from past experiences...
