Office is clean and neat. Front desk staff friendly. Very short wait. Dental hygienist competent and knowledgeable. Teeth cleaning accomplished without any discomfort. Parking is a problem as building is landlocked with no space to enlarge parking lot.

Top notch, high tech dentistry. Our town is very lucky to have this office here. Dr. Llerena is wonderful. Highly recommend. I had a crown replaced in about an hour. They used 3d imaging and 3d printers to make my crown. It was amazing.

I love this dental practice! I am a retired Endodontic Dental Manager and this office is fair priced and professional. I had a dental cleaning with Chloe who is awesome! My teeth feel nice and clean. She is very thorough and I highly recommend her. She definitely knows what she is doing. I also saw Dr. Lorena for my first time and he is super nice and awesome. This practice does not push you into getting procedures done that are not necessary. They will give you a treatment plan and if you want to do it you can but if you don't, they do not push you. This office is super clean inside and everybody is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. If you have dental phobia, this is the place to go. From the time you walk in until the time you leave they make you feel like a person and not just a number. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I am a return client to this dental care office. The overall experience was fantastic, timely and very well done. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive to my concerns. The dental assistants as well as the doctor were friendly and attentive to my concerns. The Dr who performed the extraction of my tooth and the dental assistants were very friendly and professional. To my surprise, I didn't notice or felt the extraction of my tooth. The were very professional and caring. Overall, they performed a great professional service. I don't remember the name of the Dr. or dental assistance that were involved on my care. To them, I want convey my great satisfaction for such a professional job and service. I received scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) at this office after being advised that a regular cleaning would not be sufficient due to deeper gum pockets, I was told the treatment was recommended to help prevent progression of gum disease, and I agreed to move forward based on explanation I was given. Before I approved treatment I was provided with an insurance estimate showing me my expected out-of-pocket cost, which would be $70 per visit for a total of approximately for $140 for the two visits required for this treatment. The procedure was completed in September 2025. In early February 2026, I was contacted and informed that my insurance had denied the claim. When I spoke to my Insurance provider I was told that denial was based on not meeting their specific coverage criteria for the scaling and root planing. I was also informed because I did not meet the criteria that I needed a pre-authorized determination for necessary approval. When I followed up with the office, I was informed that pre-authorization is not required for this procedure and that it’s the patient’s responsibility to understand their individual insurance coverage. I was also told that if I wanted a pre-treatment determination I would have needed to request it before hand. I was advised that I’m financially responsible for the full balance. The only payment option offered was a third-party financing as the office does not provide in-house payment plans or adjustments. I was not informed prior to treatment that there was a significant possibility of denial or that my total out-of-pocket responsibility could be approximately $700 if insurance did not approve the claim. If this is your first time receiving scaling and root planing (deep cleaning), and you want to avoid unexpected out-of-pocket cost I recommend requesting a pre-treatment determination with written confirmation of coverage directly from your insurance company before proceeding. I understand that patients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, and I recognize that I could’ve asked more detailed questions before hand, however as a patient relying on the information and estimate provided by dental professional. I trusted the expected out-of-pocket cost reflected the likely outcome. I left the situation feeling that there was no shared of responsibility or flexibility, despite the circumstances.
