I would like to update my review to recognize the outstanding service provided by the office manager, Rice. I called the office to share my concerns, and Rice took the time to listen carefully, understand my pain points, and provide a quick and efficient resolution. I truly appreciate how Rice handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. Rice made me feel heard and demonstrated that the office takes responsibility for its customers' concerns. What stood out most was her ability to put herself in the customer's shoes and understand the situation from my perspective. Thank you, Rice, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Your responsiveness and customer-focused approach made a real difference! I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically called to confirm that the office was in-network with my dental insurance and scheduled what I understood to be a preventive exam covered by my insurance. However, I later received a bill for $821, which was completely unexpected. During my visit, the dentist recommended a Night Guard for teeth grinding. I felt pressured to purchase this additional service and asked if its is COVERED by my insurance which they said it did - I got a case treatment plan showing the insurance company will pay most of it - that it was being upsold to me without a clear explanation of the costs or insurance coverage. Afterward, I discovered that the Night Guard benefit was not covered by my insurance, leaving me responsible for the expense. I understand that being in-network does not guarantee that every procedure is covered, but I believe patients deserve clear, upfront communication about treatment recommendations, insurance limitations, and out-of-pocket costs before agreeing to additional services. Receiving such a large bill after specifically checking my insurance network status and scheduling a preventive exam was extremely frustrating. I hope this office improves its transparency regarding treatment recommendations and billing so other patients can make informed decisions without unexpected financial surprises.

My recent experience at Fenton Family Dental was very good from the moment I walked through the door. Even though a visit to the dentist is not something I particularly look forward to, everyone was so pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I was there for a routine cleaning, but Dr. Crawford was also able to replace a cracked crown during my visit. I truly appreciated the care, efficiency, and attention I received from the entire team.

i wasn’t going to write a review, but they are basically begging for it on email. this is the worst dentist i’ve ever been to. it is dirty, the dentist is a place where you are supposed to feel hygienic and it felt far from it. i can see the bite marks of other patients when taking Xray, the device they used was not clean- and it goes it your mouth!!!! i understand it’s an old building, but there was dirt on the cabinets that you can tell, no one is cleaning that place. i had to leave mid appointment, we hadn’t even gotten to the cleaning , i was scared what other unsterile tools they would be using. if i could give 0, i would. please deep clean this and either make sure all tools are covered in plastic or brand new - there is no reason the nasty metal part of the machine is not clean and going into my mouth. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- avoid.

I had dental work done today by Dr. Crawford, absolutely exceptional! I was nervous initially but Dr. Crawford and assistants assured me that I was in good hands, consistently checked in with me throughout my procedure and made sure I was doing fine. Thank you so much, my dental experiences are usually nightmares!

I have had dental anxiety for my entire life. No matter the occasion; cleanings to oral surgery — I don’t love the dentist. However, this practice was so light and the staff was incredibly welcoming, with easy demeanor. It makes a huge difference!

I had the best experience I've ever had at Fenton Dental. Everyone was professional, friendly, kind and patient. They called me back quickly, explained everything they did, made sure I was comfortable throughout and made sure all my questions were answered. If you need dental work done, go to this practice. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This dentist’s office has been blocked, yet they continue to stalk my phone by leaving me voicemails. I have told them several times that I am not interested in becoming a patient and that they should stop contacting me, but they continue to do so. The reason I chose not to go there is because the dental assistant was very rough while taking my X-rays. She repeatedly made mistakes and had to retake several X-rays, which made me uncomfortable because it resulted in additional radiation exposure. She also kept touching her face and then the inside of my mouth with the same gloves on, which I found very concerning. In addition, they recommended that I get a root canal. I sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told that I did not need one. In my experience, this office seemed more focused on making money than on genuinely caring for their patients.

I had a great experience at Fenton Dental! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The office was clean, organized, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend Fenton Dental to anyone looking for quality dental services.

so far it’s been an amazing experience! i’ve had some pretty traumatic dental experiences and somehow within the initial hour visit at this office i felt better than i ever have before. they properly explained everything to me and helped me come up w a comprehensive plan and are working with my timeline for finances and insurance purposes. truly looking forward to fixing the dental issues that ive been putting off for both finances and anxiety bc i don’t feel those usuals pressures!

Overall, the surgery went well. I am very pleased with the final results of my bridge. I had to get used to it at first and now that I am used to it and it has fell in place. I’m very satisfied. Id like to thank Dr Crawford and all of his staff who are very professional and attentive. Excellent work.. Five stars for sure ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first visit; the administrative staff was courteous and efficient with the forms and guidance for filling them out. I had a cleaning; the gentleman was very efficient and explained my need for a deep cleansing. Next was the x-ray technician taking comprehensive survey of uppers and lowers and a panoramic digital viewing of teeth and gums. With all that, Dr. Crawford was able to give me a clear proposal of what I needed for my future oral health. The Fenton Family Dental has the state of the art equipment that saves patient time and money for farmed out mechanical work of repair and restoring the patients' dental health. I was very impressed.
