Just received an email that they are out of network with all insurances and want me to pay $374 dollars….thats right, just shy of 400 bucks, just this side of half a grand….for a ROUTINE CLEANING!! Pathetic in this economy. I visited your office twice. And yea-you have it decorated real fancy but your customer service skills are on par with that of Aspen Dental. You offer NOTHING worthy of a 400 price tag for routine services. For that price tag-you all need personality overhauls and should be kissing the feet of every customer that walks through your door. Also-I was only notified of their change in insurance acceptance TODAY-one month from my appt. Good customer service would have been notifying all your clients at the first of the year via phone and mail so they had enough time to line up other care without disruption in their routine cleanings. So now I have to wait to get in with a new person. In short-office is nice. Staff is basic. Nothing is worthy of this price tag in 2026. Get yourself an in network dentist and avoid the bill and spend it on stuff for yourself and your family. An in network dentist will give you routine care FOR FREEEEEEEEEE. Edit: if you think that the BS justifications you put in your response to justify paying over 600 bucks a year for preventive care that would otherwise be absolutely free are what people want to pay for in 2026-then you just confirmed how deep your heads have been buried in the sand as the world has evolved. I don’t go to the dentist for nutritional counseling or yoga-neither do most people. I go for cleanings and X-rays. And I’m not paying for them. Any dentist worth their salt wants their community to access free preventive care because that is what is in support of actual oral health and fosters regularity with appointments. The decision to go out of network was not one in support of offering “compassionate care.” It was a decision meant to line your pockets faster. Also-the faux plants on your wall look like a Hobby Lobby nightmare. Fake plants are never the answer, especially if you are trying to justify this price tag. I’d recommend ripping that crap off the wall double quick. Again-you aren’t as high class as you think you are. You are Kim Kardashian wearing Marilyn Monroe’s dress.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve suffered PTSD due to a childhood dentist that was just a very mean person and was NOT professional when I was in his care, as a child and later as a teenager. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff absolutely wonderful. Elizabeth was aware of my anxieties and was an absolute gem. Dr. Petit was just as wonderful explaining in detail (that I understood) what my next steps will be. PTSD is now behind me and I look forward to a healthy smile and a healthy relationship with my dentist and her great staff. Thank you to all at Mind your Mouth. Dee

As someone who hadn't been to the dentist for a cleaning in a really long time, I was very nervous to go at first. All my fears soon dissipated during my appointment today. Julie, my hygienist, made it a very easy experience. I was treated with kindness, no judgement, and feeling better about having my teeth cleaned.

I came in for a new patient appointment and it was so incredibly thorough! The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly, they take their time, and clearly look at you as a whole person not just a mouth. We ended up discussing my headaches and sleep in additional to fillings and teeth—I left feeling so heard, seen, and truly cared for. Don’t often rave about dentists but this practice is unusual in all the best ways. Highly recommend.
