Precision Dental

I just started going to precision dental and I they are amazing. The front desk staff, Lindsay and Olivia, were so helpful and accommodating from setting up my appointments, to giving me directions to the office, and making me feel at home the second I checked in. They were even able to check and see what my insurance would and would not cover before booking my appointments so I had no surprises. My first appointment I had a cleaning. Kim was awesome, he showed me my X-rays and explained where problematic areas were so I could brush in them extra. The next appointment I had to have five fillings done so was a bit nervous. Dr Basha and Jayci were a fabulous team, and made the whole thing so quick and painless. They even put Netflix on for me on a screen mounted in the ceiling above my chair. I found the office to be exceptionally clean and everyone to be very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a dentist.

Such a great office with lovely staff! Everyone from Lindsey at the front desk to Maddie and Jaycee who assist the doctor (really hope I spelled everyone’s names right) and Dr. Basha as well. I have had such great experiences and they are so kind and accommodating. Could not recommend them more!

Such a great experience! The office is beautiful and the colleagues were so welcoming and efficient. Lindsay was amazing setting up my appointment, I never had to ask a question because she went above and beyond and informed me of everything I needed to know before coming in, she even checked my coverage without me asking. JC was personable too and helped ease my nerves. She was also skilled at helping Dr. B. He was also wonderful, made me feel comfortable, told me everything he was doing and told me how blessed he was by his team. Great office, I highly recommend using them. They were training a new colleague and she was pleasant too. Sorry I don’t remember her name.

First time visit with Dr Basha and crew for xray and general examination. All went very well. Dr Basha is straightforward and so am I so communication is ideal for me. The office just opened two weeks ago and I can't believe my luck when I discovered his office about 1/4 of a mile from my home in Falmouth, Maine. Also, his crew is wonderful!

I have only been a patient at Gentle Dental for the past two months, however, I have had three satisfying visits that fully met my dental needs. Dr. Basha demonstrated a high level of training, experience and skill, and he is very patient centered. He rapidly determine what I needed, explained the processes and executed all procedures with carefully articulated skill and expertise. Gentle Dental under the direction of Dr. Basha is a well run facility that employs highly qualified and personable staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, to a Dental Assistant, a Hygenist and Dr. Basha went out of their way to ensure that I was well informed and comfortable. I am grateful to have found my way to Gentle Dental and I recommend this practice without reservation!
