I visited the dental office for my first time today. I had an initial exam for cleaning and x-rays. I have severe anxiety going to the dentist so I was very nervous. It was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have never had a cleaning without sedation before today. I didn’t need anything for sedation because Haley and Grace were so gentle and kind. Leanne at the front counter was amazing at setting up and explaining my next appointment also. The entire experience was so relaxing. Thank you to Dr. Perlman for having such a wonderful team!! Very happy to have found this amazing place! The care I had received was top notch, and by the surroundings I can tell this office cares a lot about their patients! Janice and Whitney were very helpful and professional, and Dr. Perlman was very approachable, and very knowledgeable about my plan of care. Jessica is an amazing aesthetician! She’s warm, friendly, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her work is always thoughtful and precise, and she truly knows how to bring out your skin’s best glow. You leave every appointment feeling refreshed, confident, and well cared for. Elevate was top notch care. The people who work there take great care of your every need from start to finish. They are very professional. Explaining everything they are doing. The doctor was amazing and took his time explaining every little detail of my procedure. I come from a dental background and couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of every single person that I talk to. Let me start with I have the worst Dental Anxiety, and this is the only place I have been comfortable. Dr. Perlman, and his assistant Angelina were so nice and knowledgeable! This is the most relaxed I have ever been at the dentist. The front end staff (Ingrid) was very nice in suggesting different payment options, for the services needed. They really go above and beyond for their patient! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I have dental anxiety and had my first consultation today and I had my first interaction with Janice who was very pleasant and informative. Very informative and attended to my anxiety issues. Then met with Dr. Perlman who showed me what in his expert opinion thought would be the best care for me . Very good doctor/patient interaction as I felt very comfortable amd at ease. Then at the end to go over what is needed and financials had the pleasure of having assistance by Leanne and Brandi at the front desk who was responsible for informing cost to insurance and any out of pocket costs. Very professional and informative witj what options were at my disposal!! I am definitely happy with moving forward with this dentistry and the team there. I am grateful for making me at ease amd taking any effort available to make me comfortable . I am grateful amd looking forward to the next appointment . Thanks so much!!
