AMAZING! Went here after Hymas Dental had pulled my mother's perfectly fine tooth. They are kind, considerate, clean, cheap, and very professional. I had Dr. Hill and he is truly an incredible dentist. I won't be looking for any other dentist!

It was a disappointing experience because we called to make sure they took my insurance and they said we were in network with my new insurance. But their billing specialist wasn’t in that day, and then found out it wasn’t. So my preventative visit is out of pocket and going to be $160 when it should be completely covered. I wish they had rescheduled me and been more clear, and I feel like they are defensive about it by saying I am the first patient this year with that insurance. It really sucks. We love our hygienist though. We’ve been really long term patients, like 20 years. I wish they had been more diligent and considerate. Most patients need these questions answered correctly.

I had to find a new dentist due to insurance change and though I really liked my old dental office in so glad I found Family Dental of Spokane. Dr Hill talked me through the photos and X-rays and showed me the areas of concern and explained prevention and care needed going forward. It was an incredibly personalized and inclusive experience. And my new hygienist Amanda is so sweet and made me feel instantly comfortable. I left feeling like this was the most amazing dental visit of my life, which is a funny thing to say. The front seat girls were great too! I highly recommend this office.

This dental office and staff are amazing and is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been with. They treat their clients with respect and listen to your concerns. Katie is also a superb dental hygienist and very thorough. She does a fantastic job not only cleaning your teeth, but educating you on dental hygiene as well. I’ve had both Dr. Hill and Dr. Ellsworth work on my teeth, both very skilled and talented dentists. Megan has assisted them while having work done and she is so sweet and gentle. This dental clinic is very clean and provides a modern atmosphere.

After moving back to the area I was looking for a new dentist. Dr Ellsworth at Family Dental of Spokane Valley was a great choice. Friendly staff, easy appointment scheduling, and great communication. They take the time to listen to patients concerns/expectations and clearly explain procedures needed. Even received a follow up call from Dr Ellsworth after treatment. Highly recommended

Was my first time visit. Wonderful hygienist, spent a lot of time educating and informing. Her work seemed very thorough. Dr. Hill seems friendly and professional, but no dental work was done other than a cleaning, so I don’t have much to report on yet. . .

Had an amazing experience here today! First time back to a dentist in almost 11years and they were so kind and non judgemental. The office was clean and decorated felt so homey! The staff were all so great thank you again. Definitely will be back!
