Love Dr. Maxwell! Always friendly and professional, and on top of the latest tech. Have had a lot of routine maintenance and some additional work, too—always top-notch.

Not a positive experience. When my dentist retired, Crestwood Dental bought all of his patient files. Crestwood Dental also called me to set up an appointment.. I asked when they called- would they take my insurance. They said "Yes" . When I arrived for my appointment, the girl called my insurance company and THEN told me that they were not in 'network" and therefore my insurance would only pay 50% of my check up appointment. Shouldn't they have known that before I went to the trouble of coming in? Or were they just thinking I would go ahead and pay 50 % out of my own pocket when it would be covered completely by other dentists in the area? For approximately $150.00 out of pocket that answer is an easy no. I nicely explained that I did not appreciate the fact that they were not upfront and honest about them telling me " I was covered" but failed to explain that I was only covered at 50%. Sounds either like incompetency or a shady business. Then strangely enough , hours later I receive a text saying they hoped I enjoyed my visit and asking for my review. So here is my honest review. I will never recommend them.

First time using this dental office yesterday for a cleaning and an exam. It went perfect for me. Tiffany was great and my comfort level was 100%.. I am a disabled veteran and they took care of me well. Dr. Maxwell is down to earth also actually talked with me for a while. Actually, can’t wait to get back to get some teeth fixed. Thanks Brad

Great experience. Dentist and hygienist could’t have been nicer! Both spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable. Both were genuinely nice and so very personable.

Wonderful office and staff. Dr. Maxwell is so nice and knowledgeable. My former dentist retired and having him for so long it was hard to know who to trust and Dr Maxwell and his staff are the ones. Totally wonderful and it’s nice to have a dentist you look forward to seeing.

More than 7 years ago, I went on the thrilling adventure of finding a new dentist (everyone’s favorite hobby) and kept seeing glowing 5-star reviews for Crestwood Dental Group in Crestwood. I figured it had to be too good to be true—like a parking spot right by the front door. Happy to report: it’s the real deal. Beyond excellent preventative care from their amazing hygienists, I’ve asked them to tackle a whole highlight reel of dental challenges—implants, crowns, cosmetic work, whitening, and even the occasional “I need your help now” emergency visit. Dr. Maxwell and his whole team of dental professionals are very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and they somehow manage to make even the not-so-fun appointments feel manageable (and, dare I say, worth it). For the first time in my life, I have a smile I’m actually excited to show. (Sorry, no pictures).
