I’m writing this because I’ve exhausted every other option and this office has left me no choice. I’ve had an ongoing filling issue for 5 months. Before what was supposed to be my third check-up appointment, I got a call telling me to go to the ER if the pain got too severe or I could wait until my appointment which was next week, so I assumed they understood how serious this was. Instead, I showed up to find they’d lost my appointment entirely. I sat there for an hour with numbing gel on my gums and saliva dripping everywhere. No procedure was performed. Not one person could tell me what my care plan was. At one point a technician was about to inject my gums and actually asked me where the injection should go — because she didn’t know. Only at the last minute did anyone think to consult the dentist. When the dentist finally saw me, it lasted 5 minutes, no X-rays were taken, and I was told I wasn’t flossing correctly. That was it. Five months of problems and an appointment I was warned might be ER-level, reduced to nothing. Then they billed me $120 for it. Since then: total silence. I was promised a callback from the office manager, Tiffany — never happened. I called again, was told my message would be “passed along”. Their phones only ever pick up for new scheduling; anything else goes straight to voicemail. Texts go ignored too. This is not a well-run office. It’s disorganized, undertrained, and completely unaccountable once something goes wrong. A public review is the only way I’ve found to get any response at all. Would give 0/5 if possible. Avoid.
Amanda was a phenomenal dental hygienist. She did an exceptionally thorough job (the best cleaning I’ve ever had), and was incredibly personable and friendly. She checked in on me constantly and was attentive to my nonverbal cues. Thank you, Amanda!!
For my first appointment my experience was ok. I've traveled for work so I have been a first time patient at many dental offices and was very frustrated that even though I booked my appointment to include a cleaning, I was told it wasn't "guaranteed" and so I did not get one. This was not mentioned anywhere and it's very misleading to customers. It's challenging to take time off work and being told that I can book a cleaning with my first appointment only to be told no one was available is a disservice to customers. The dentist spent a total of 1 minute with me and I didn't feel that that can truly be an adequate amount of time as a new patient. It felt very "get in and get out". I will say that the location is nice and staff are very friendly so I will continue to stay here for now. Will reevaluate after my next appointment when I will theoretically get an actual teeth cleaning.
My sister went here and I am so disappointed in them from what she told me her experience was. I worked in the dental field for years and this was unacceptable. She said she felt they were upselling her on treatment the entire visit. The hygienist even asked her “have you ever thought about Invisalign?” without her bringing up any concerns about her teeth. That is less like healthcare and more like being upsold cosmetic treatments. People go to the dentist to feel taken care of, not judged. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way hearing that she experienced this here. Don’t recommend.
Until recently, I've had a great experience with this dental practice - both their dental work and their customer service. Their customer service has declined to a terrible state. The day of the three tornado sirens in April, 2026, I never received any communication about my appointment being canceled. When I showed up, there office was locked and closed - there wasn't even a sign on the door. I left two messages about rescheduling over the next two days, and never got a call back. A few weeks later, I got a phone call to reschedule for today, and when I showed up, I was not scheduled. Both times there was no apology and no explanation for the problems. The customer service is really terrible right now.
There may well be excellent dentists at this location that have earned the overall high rating. However, like several of the other 1-star reviews here, my issue has to do with the service and scheduling as a new patient, which seems to be a persistent issue at this place. In my case, I came in for my appointment only to be told very bluntly that my appointment had been canceled because I failed to confirm it. I responded that while I received a couple texts and emails, none of these requested a response on my behalf. At this point, while mildly annoying, I would have been happy with some sort of effort to look into it, apology, or other sympathetic response--even if an accommodation were not possible. Instead, the receptionist simply doubled down on the point that they call and text asking for confirmation. OK, so we can debate it: I showed the texts and emails, all of which were simply notifications rather than confirmation requests. The receptionist seemed to acknowledge what she was seeing--and yet, without apology or backtracking, kept returning to the point that the appointment had to be canceled because they didn't receive my confirmation. This quickly turned into a strange gaslight-y scenario: the receptionist seemed to not understand that if I didn't receive request for confirmation, then this is likely an issue on their end (reading other reviews confirms this is a known issue)--and at the very least, simply warrants an apology for the inconvenience. But there just wasn't a hint of an apology, recognition of there being an issue, or acknowledgement of the inconvenience, which made for a very odd interaction. To be clear, I totally get if they still needed to cancel the appt, but it was this indifference that made me really second-guess the competence of their service more generally, and whether these are people I want to be dealing with long-term, e.g. over issues involving things like expensive insurance claims. The receptionist proceeded to suggest a date and time later that week, which I hesitated to accept given these doubts and potential scheduling conflicts, but which I ultimately agreed to given the short wait. Yet 30 seconds later: "Never mind, we're actually booked that day." Um. Okay? Probably an understandable mistake, but at this point in the interaction it just felt flippant. The receptionist finally suggested a date one month away. This was when I just gave up. A month-long wait for the possibility of having my appointment spontaneously and indifferently canceled again was just not worth it. I am now booking with a different dentist. After coming to leave this review, I saw how many other reviews also speak about poor front desk service/poorly trained receptionists. I hope others see these reviews, but more importantly, I do hope at some point the organization starts taking this seriously!
