I am always hesitant about going to the dentist because of negative experiences I’ve had in the past, particularly when getting a cleaning. I last minute tried to get into Tomball Family Dental before the school year started as a first time patient and wasn’t able to make it to the appointments available, but Jessica patiently wrote down all of the dates I had open so that she could let me know if there was an opening. She was so on top of it that I ended up getting called in before I had to return to work. Sarah was my dental hygienist and was truly the best hygienist I have ever seen for a cleaning. On top of everything, I had double booked myself and had to take a call during my appointment with my daughter’s doctor. Dr. Hiemstra was so understanding and provided excellent care. If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further. This team of women is the best!
The BEST Dentist in Tomball! I have the worst time with dentists and this is the ONE place I can go to where I don't get anxious nor rarely pain. Blessed & thankful for Tomball Family Dental.
Dr. Hiemstra has been our dentist for several years. I called first thing one morning for an urgent repair. They had me in and out that morning by 8:45. Everyone is so kind and professional!
Thorough, kind, informative and affordable. I was recommended by a friend, and am so glad I followed through. My appointment was great! I loved that i was able to get my teeth cleaned on my first visit. Definitely a great experience!!
The staff at Tomball Family Dental is professional, knowledgeable and caring. They are good people and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
I have been going to Tomball Family Dental since 2008. Not a fan of going to the dentist because of bad past experiences however Dr. Heimstra’s practice is second to none. Her staff is friendly and professional and a more comfortable environment you won’t find in a dental office. Kurt
