Dental Care of Ventura

Dr. Askari is extremely knowledgeable and her dentistry is a craft for her. i relocated here from Murrieta, CA, terrified i would not find a dentist after being with my dentist for 30 years. Well I did my research and found Dental Care of Ventura. I am VERY picky. Dr., Mercedes, the dental hygenist and the office staff are customer service oriented. Most importantly i have learned so much from Dr. and the hygenist.

Dr. Askari was amazing! Not only did she do great work, she brought energy and conversation that made me forget that she was chipping out 3 years worth of calculus from between my teeth. She will be my go-to Dentist as long as I live in Ventura.

I could not be more pleased by having two of my wisdom teeth (my last two) extraction at this office by Dr. Dean. Highly recommended!! Since I had removed two of my wisdom teeth a few years ago at a different office - different city - and it was a very painful and horrible experience, I had point of reference and high expectations to remove my other two. I was terrified! From the beginning the doctors and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dean was very kind, patient and thorough from the beginning of the process. Each step of the way he took his time and made sure I'm ready and comfortable before moving forward to the next step. Still to now, I'm not even sure how he injected the needles to numb my gum and I didn't feel a single needle. This is a terrifying process and I still find it amazing that I didn't feel a single needle in my gum. During the process Dr. Askari also paid a visit and followed up to make sure I was doing fine. As I'm writing this review, I just received another call from their office to check on me and make sure everything is well. I couldn't be happier with my experience!! THANK YOU!

This office & Dr. Askari are truly amazing! I've been going to the location practically my entire life but when she took it over, it completely changed. She is very caring about her patients, very personable, honest, & great company when you can't really speak, she can be entertaining! I loved going here so much, I made the long drive a few times after moving. The staff made cleanings relaxing, comfortable, & always spreading some teeth knwoledge. I recently had to take the plunge & find a dentist closer to home. the dentist I saw spent a good ten minutes admiring her work. especially with my fillings & color matches. just amazing! If I am ever around & it is time for some work or something happens, I will definitely be coming in here. This place is why I have no dentist office fears, it is also why it took me a long to find a new one. 15/10. recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Askari + team for the past 5 years and highly recommend her practice. Dr. Askari is friendly and it always a pleasure speaking with her. She always provides detailed information, explanations, and cost breakdown prior to doing any procedure. The rest of the team is just as amazing, always smiling and happy to see you. I was hesitant about going to the dentist during the COVID pandemic, however Dr. Askari made me feel completely comfortable and safe (hand sanitizer at front desk, sanitized pens, temperature checks, plexiglass barrier, open door for fresh air etc). If you are weary of the dentist, please be sure to check this practice out, you will not be disappointed!

I have been a to Dr Askari's for about 7 years now and could not be happier with the service they provide. All the staff is super friendly and very helpful. They always run on time and are gentle when doing dental work. They very honest and do not try to push into getting unnecessary work done like a lot of dental places do. I would recommend this place to all family and friends 100%.
