I didn't have the best experience the first time I had work done don't know the name of the hygenist that day. But I went back for part 2 of the work and that day, Jessica was my hygenist and she was amazing and very gentle. The whole experience was completely comfortable and fast. I am so happy I have a good dentist I can't count on. My teeth feel so much better can't wait to finish the last half. It is a little expensive but I guess everything is now a days.

Amazing experience from the first phone call to the day of the appointment. When we walked in the First Lady was friendly and very welcoming, to the young lady who took X-Rays and photos, to the hygienist and Dr. Hygienist was super informative and not pushy at all. The Dr. was kind and as did not try and say we needed something we did not. We are very blessed to of found yall. Thank you again.

I have been a patient at this dental office since 2023, and my family and I have all received care here over time. Unfortunately, our overall experience has not been consistent, and recent events have led us to discontinue services. During an earlier visit, a comment made by the dentist in response to a simple request during a cleaning felt dismissive and left a lasting negative impression. While we initially chose to move past it, it remained a concern. More recently, I brought my son in for a scheduled appointment. We arrived approximately 15 minutes late due to picking him up from school, but I called ahead and was told it would be okay and to come in. Upon arrival, we waited at the front desk for several minutes before being informed that they could no longer see him because the staff needed to leave. Despite having communicated our delay in advance and being told to proceed, the appointment was declined, and a $25 fee was still requested. Additionally, the interaction at the front desk felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, which further contributed to the experience. I do want to acknowledge that one of the assistants, Hannah, was kind and courteous during our visit. Given these experiences, we have decided to cancel all future appointments and seek care elsewhere. We value clear communication, professionalism, and respectful treatment, and unfortunately, this office did not meet those expectations for us.

Crossroads Dental is the best dental practice I have been to in Texas, hands down. Dr Simmons is incredible, he does fantastic work and knows his stuff, I have complete confidence I am getting the best dental care coming here. All the other staff are so nice and professional too, the hygienist Hannah is so sweet and was an absolute pleasure to talk to, and she did such a good job as well!! Could not recommend this place more! :)

I'll recommend Crossroads Dental to anyone around Victoria needing Dental care. Hannah at the front desk was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. The Dental assistants were helpful when I went in for my appointment. Lastly, Dr Tran who performed the Dental work was a friendly professional who performed the work like he wasn't in a hurry and wanted to make sure everything was alright with me. If I need an oral surgeon again I will definitely be going back.

Very nice personal. Very clean and nice working conditions. Dr. Simmons was nice and not pushy to do extra procedures.

Great visit with a great staff! Seeing a new dentist is always scary but they calmed our nerves and made us feel comfortable, answering any questions we had.
