The staff ensured I felt completely at ease, and I was particularly impressed with the assistant’s warm demeanor as well as the professionalism of the front desk team. Although I cannot recall their specific names, I appreciated their service. Furthermore, while the dentist’s clinical assessment was not what I had initially hoped for, I value his commitment to my best interests and am very satisfied with the overall quality of care provided.

My first visit with these Folks. Staff is very friendly, explaining everything to me in a perfect way. Dr. Bernal is very good and friendly as well. I am pleased with the work performed during my visit. They are very good with pricing in my opinion. I highly recommend Golden Cresent Dental in Victoria, Tx.

The Dental Hygienist, I believe her first or middle name was Kathryn, had the best bedside manner and answered any and all questions we had about my daughter’s cleaning. She had the most relaxing and calming room for a dentist office. It was very comfortable and personable. Kayla at the front desk is exceptional and the young lady at checkout is super nice and polite —they all are. They’re always so thorough and communicative about appointments, schedule changes, and confirming. I also love the new system they have that sends reminder texts, and confirmations electronically.

My son is slightly autistic and was so worried about him getting braces due to pain factor. Everything worked out so great! His braces look amazing and he wasn't in pain. The best dentist office we ever been to!

Carlos Bernal is very sweet and so are his lovely dental assistants. I think everything is good there the only thing is that when it comes to confirming appts there have been a couple of mishaps for US . And then this morning I heard an older gentleman having to reschedule due to same issues. Us younger folk get the tech savvy stuff but I just know the older gen is struggling with it. Other than that we have great experiences

dr Rahimi was very kind and thoughtful. Made sure everything was right with my sister braces and just seem like a caring person which is good to have in this world

I brought my granddaughter here for her cleanings visits .. Today shes taking her braces off with Dr R Shes excited and overall the visits have been pleasant and within a descent time.. . No complaints

Just had my first visit after new insurance put my last dentist out of network. Very professional staff, clean building, convenient location. Went in for a cleaning, came out with a plan for more work lol. This was expected so I was not surprised. Everything was explained thoroughly (both the issues and the financials) and I am glad I found this provider!
