Dr. Avery is professional and always willing ti take time to explain what is being done in detail. And the dental hygienists have all been exceptional. Very happy with that part of my experience. However, over several years now I have never been billed the amount I was initially quoted for dental work. There is always some excuse for extra charges, and they sometimes “appear” as late as 6 months after work was done. Very frustrating.

Avery dentist ...atmosphere is so pleasant I fell asleep while waiting unusual for me cuz I don't fall asleep. With truthfully the receptions and practitioner the whole staff that I met was extremely professional with courtesy and concern for the patient I appreciate that.. I highly recommend Avery Family Dentistry for your dental needs. The office is beautiful, clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Dr Avery was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed about my dental needs. The hygienist Ophelia was gentle, personable, and made the whole visit very pleasant. Everyone in the front was very nice and welcoming and well. Thanks Dr Avery and staff!

I saw Dr. Avery. Had issues with my teeth having pain. The staff was very friendly. They sat me, asked me if I was comfortable if I needed anything drink of water or even a blanket, took x-rays of my teeth of the issues that I was having and waited for the doctor to see me, she came in, checked my teeth and told me what steps needed to be taken. They made an appointment for a follow up and a referral, very friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to, and I don't say that lightly. I have trauma/anxiety with going to the dentist, but Dr. Avery is so knowledgeable, gentle, and good at what she does. All of the staff are accommodating and kind. The location is excellent, and the building is very nicely decorated and comforting. I had my first crown done last year, and Dr. Avery was incredibly gentle and patient with me. I have learned so much about oral hygiene since coming here.
