This establishment demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and expertise, resulting in considerable inefficiencies. It is imperative to refine the patient appointment scheduling process to optimize time management for all parties involved. My recent experience involved a mischeduled appointment with an incorrect physician, leading to a 35-minute wait before the error was identified, causing me to miss work. Furthermore, the overall waiting times are unacceptable; we endured an initial hour-long wait, followed by an additional 35 minutes within the facility before seeing the doctor. Continuous operational improvements are clearly necessary.

Probably one of the worst front desk experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and their attitudes made the check-in process unnecessarily unpleasant. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way. On a positive note, the doctor was pleasant, and the clinical staff were kind, approachable, and much more personable. Based on my experience, they demonstrated the level of customer service I would have expected from the front desk.

The providers are really nice, knowledgeable, patient, client focused and put together comprehensive multilevel treatment plans to address complex dental issues, factoring in specialty referral care needed to complete all the treatment needed. I can honestly say this is one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to. Dr. Lupsan is very patient, polite, and gentle when working on both me and my kids. He made sure we were comfortable the entire time and took his time when cleaning our teeth. If I had to recommend a dentist, Dental Dreams would definitely be my top choice. They are both kid-friendly and adult-friendly, and my family has been coming here since my kids were little. We truly look forward to continuing our journey with them!

The doctor and assistants are very professional, kind, and attentive. However, one of the receptionists was not very welcoming, which unfortunately gives a different first impression of the clinic. Since the front desk is often the first point of contact, a more friendly and polite approach when speaking with clients would greatly enhance the overall experience.
