We paid $5.345 > > Less than 6 months later, one of those teeth is acutely inflamed, face swollen, severe pain. We went back to the office. They told us we need to pay an additional $2,800 for a root canal + crown. No warranty, no discount, no clinical explanation. > > I sent a formal warranty request by email - NO ANSWER. Yesterday I went personally with my wife in pain and swollen - they refused to respond and refused to help without paying the full $2,800. > > We have all receipts, account history and X-rays. We paid on time, we did everything they recommended (deep cleaning D4341 on 02/10/2026). Now we are left in pain. > > We are filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry and with Cherry Financial. > > If you go here, ask IN WRITING what is your warranty policy on fillings. I did not get one. > > Very disappointed. We will not return.

I was very nervous, the idea of a dentist visit just panics me , since I walked in the staff was very nice they where very patient , the dentist was very calm and explained everything to me I felt comfortable and secure the dentist assistant was very nice and felt I had made the right decision once I was finish I was explained everything with details regarding the cost and what my options where , she was very helpful and very nice ! I had an amazing experience at Family Dentistry of Forest Hill! I went in for a cleaning, and it was my very first time ever visiting a dentist. I couldn't have chosen a better office. The entire staff took great care of me and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job I didn't feel any pain at all, which was a huge relief since it was my first dental visit. I can't remember her name, but she had blonde hair and was incredibly kind and gentle throughout the appointment. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. I highly recommend Family Dentistry of Forest Hill to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office!
