We showed up an hour before our appointment. They got us in asap. The ladies were really kind. They had a play area and free wifi. It was a good experience. Watching my kid handle the dentist so well helped with my fear of the dentist.

My wife truly loves this place because the entire staff is so friendly. Our only complaintn would be the proceedure it takes to obtain a final result. This needs to be greatly improved. Other then that we already have recommended to others about your good service.

I was incredibly happy to schedule online, next day, as a new patient. The staff was so down to earth and they made me feel like family. The dentist took x-rays and explained the results of my entire mouth to me in a simple way. I feel educated and im now more aware of my dental health. The dentist confirmed I hadn't had a cleaning in 6 months and preformed one for me also. Not only was I immediately seen and my concerned addressed but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful dental experience. Thank you dental dreams. You are my dental dream come true. I won't go anywhere else

Dont schedule a Saturday appointment because you'll show up and nobody will be there. My 5 year old and 3 year old had a appointment.... got a uber there and stood outside for about 40 minutes. Tried to call about 20 times but no answer so left messages. Never called me to cancel the appointment. Was several other people standing outside waiting for their appointments as well. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!! My mind was blown a business conducted themselves this way. I will never use Dental Dreams again for any of my children.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any business before. I arrived on time for my 3:30 pm appointment. I gave the front desk the information they needed to get me in the system, and I wasn't seen until 4 pm. X-rays needed to be taken multiple times on the same area because they weren't set up properly. The two women taking the X-rays joked about giving me cancer which is extremely unprofessional. After X-rays, I waited for an hour to be seen by the dentist. Before this, I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in three years, so I expected the cleaning to be more in-depth than usual. The dentist used a motorized cleaner for the surface of my teeth, which did not fully clean them. She also did not clean in between my teeth. This entire process took, at most, four minutes. The dentist then used some gritty solution on my teeth, which was not rinsed out even though she said it would be. She also stated in was the sealant, which it was not. The dentist said my insurance would cover sealant (which my insurance provider later said was incorrect). After applying the actual sealant, all of my molars had large mounds of dried sealant on top of them. I had to grind at them with my teeth for days to make them feel better. In summary, this was the worst dental experience I have ever had, and my teeth felt worse than before I went to the dentist

This is ONLY a review of our experience a few years ago, that is why I did not give them 1 star because I don’t think that would be fair. People and places change - hopefully they will grow from this feedback. We had a really negative experience here that has shaped my son’s future dental health forever. After an appointment at this place, my son became absolutely TERRIFIED of dentist. They did not explain what they were doing when they added in sealants or any other care, they told him just not to move and my husband was told to hold him down and it frightened my son so bad that it has been an emotional rollercoaster for treating his teeth, especially because many of his baby teeth didn’t come out. I’m happy to say we left this office and we now drive to lancaster and have the most amazing pediatric dentist and my son is finally able to go in for cleanings and other more advanced dental care without any issues. I really think one bad appointment can really change a young child’s mind about dental care. Before this place, my son had regular cleanings at another dentist and did just fine. Unfortunately our insurance switched so a few years ago we tried this place. We now drive 45 minutes away to Lancaster and are VERY thankful we did not continue care here. We had issues scheduling appointments/keeping appointments too. I just wanted to share for parents to be more aware of how one bad visit really shape your child’s future health. My son is probably a little bit more sensitive than some kids his age, but no one deserves to be that frightened. I mean, there are adults that don’t even like the dentist - it’s my least favorite appointment too lol :) but we need to do it! So please just do your research. I hope this place takes this as feedback and works towards being more indeed family friendly.
