This dental office is incredible. I came from another office with dental anxiety from multiple bad experiences. It’s embarrassing and even harder to overcome when the dental staff doesn’t believe you are in pain. That doesn’t happen here. My cleanings are now 15-20 minutes with Ken and super gentle. No pain whatsoever. I also had a wonderful experience with Megan as my dental assistant for 2 procedures with the dentist. Her calm and friendly demeanor immediately calmed my anxiety. She is really amazing and didn’t make me feel bad for being nervous. I actually got through the last visit with no nitrous or numbing. It was a game changer. I will definitely be back and referring others to this office. Thank you to everyone working at Greater York Family Dentistry. You are all amazing!

TERRIBLE.WILL NOT RETURN. I waited a long time come back to this dentist when I regained insurance that they accepted I got back in. This was the roughest Dr I have ever had. DR. HARRISON, if your smart steer clear from him im still spitting blood and had to take ibuprofen 3 times today. He scrapes your teeth like no one ever does. Literally worst pain had me saying ouch and crying from pain. He proceeded to "clean my teeth" but didnt do any cleaning. He comes from Family Dental the place I left because of their doctors and the way the practice go figure I would get stuck with him. He proceeded to say I may have one cavity that is leaking ? And it may be more than then the one he wouldn't know till he starts drilling he said. Then hes like oh but the other xray they look fine. Literally pathetic experience waste of time. I will not be back and I will not recommend. Me and my family will all be leaving this practice now. Save yourself the headache of waiting months to get in for an experience like this.

I absolutely love these ladies in the office and my dentist Dr Harrison. They are all so personable and very genuine. I have never waited very long to see the dentist either. They were recommended to me and I am so thankful. Thanks so much!

Sarah is totally a professional in her her profession. Beyond that, her personality is off the charts. I've never had a hygienist compliment me as she did. You folks are fortunate to have her. Very nervous,anxious, and scared to go to a dentist after a bad experience in the past. I had a broken wisdom tooth removed recently form here and i could not be more ecstatic, pleased, and absolutely loved everything about this experience. After calling several other places that either didn't answer, call me back or couldn't get me in for weeks even as i was in pain. I was able to set up an appointment and seen the next day with the extraction of the tooth. I was blown away how comfortable they made me feel before and throughout the whole visit knowing my previous bad dentist experiences at 2 other places . Amazing staff Thank you so much!
