I’ve been a client of Dr Lucas Kim for a while now and have always had positive experiences at this office. Getting dental work can be unpleasant for some, but I’ve never felt that way here. His staff has always taken care of me and Kristi always makes me laugh every time I see her. They play good music, have great energy, and they’ve literally put a smile on my face.

Nice experience with a cleaning, imaging, fluoride, and an exam to plan out my dental needs. I have transferred here after my longtime dentist's retirement. They stepped in mid stream with my implant late last year.

This was my initial visit to this dentist, resulting in x-rays, cleaning and recommendations. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. It makes going to the dentist so much easier. The office was inviting, cozy and clean. The dental assistant was friendly, gentle and thorough. The skill level was top notch, I barely felt anything, but the result was clean teeth. The dentist explained things clearly and in simple terms. Before leaving, he wanted to know if I had any questions. I would recommend this dentist to family and friends. The quality of care is outstanding. They treat you like a person, not just a patient. I felt like a valued customer!

My first visit was great here! Christie was super friendly, gentle while cleaning sensitive teeth, and efficient with X-rays. Dr. Kim was on time, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining potential next steps and very friendly. Front desk was also extremely organized and swift in explaining what insurance would cover or not. I’m excited about continuing dental care here.

I started going to Covington Complete Dentistry in January 2026 after our dentist of 30 + years retired. I'm impressed with the dental team; my experiences have been great. I recently had an old crown fall off. Unfortunately, I needed a new one. The procedure was thoroughly and carefully explained to me. Today (May 18, 2026), with new modern dental technology, I received a new crown in one visit! I'm very happy with the results! Efficient, friendly staff!

Highly recommended! My teeth are sparkly clean after getting my cleaning done, and that’s not always the case in other places, so I was very happy. The doctor recommended to get fillings on my front teeth that have been damaged and he did a fantastic job on them! Everyone in the office is professional and nice, they are great at what they do and I will be back, thank you!
