To my fantastic dentist who has been so much more than that title: thank you for never letting me feel less than and never dismissing me. I am just as appreciative for all the things you actually do though. You give me patience and grace, clear communication, reassurance my needs matter. As a grown woman it is embarrassing to admit I'm terrified of the dentist and shake and cry while my heart feels like it's going to beat through my chest. It's just embarrassing. But, it is real. You ladies aren't responsible for my fears but you are absolutely responsible for giving me a level of kindness I don't often run into. Your kindness made me come back instead of leave after the first appointment, which I usually do after I have whatever urgent need fixed. Not sure if there is a thank you big enough to try and give for letting me feel like I deserve to be taken care of and heard. I'll certainly try next month when I see ya. Thank you all for what you do and the people you are. God did something real special creating such stellar individuals. Be proud of your awesomeness 💅

My daughter started seeing Dr. Molen as a teenager. Now as an adult, returned for an implant. The office "got approval', the implant was completed. Then she gets a bill for 5000. She paid her 3800 deductible up front. She called the insurance person who was out multiple days but was told she would get a call back. She did not. Called again. Was told insurance person would be in tomorrow. She again was not and other front office was unable to help and seemed to have no clue what was going on. My daughter was upset and asked for someone who knew what they were doing to call her. The next day, got a call that she owed the money and they could see up a payment plan. Also said all appeals exhausted but Cigna told my daughter they had been unable to get a hold of the insurance person. Frustrating as we have known Dr. Molen for years but his from off and insurance practices suck, they seem to not care my daughter was stuck with the bill and why would they? She has to pay because they didn't do their job or get sent to collections. No way they appealed as this is work and hours on the phone with insurance. Unfortunate as I believe Dr. Molen is a truly great surgeon but I will deter people from. Going here now and my daughter will not be returning for her second implant. I will add to every public forum I can so the next unsuspecting patient won't have to deal with the untrained front office and sketchy billing practices.

I went to Covington Family Dentistry for implants. I was attended to by Dr. Eunice Chung. I highly recommend her & her team. They are very professional, patient, friendly and she took her time to explain the procedure to me. The clinic is very clean with friendly and helpful receptionist. I go there for my regular checkup, I'm pleased with their services & professionalism. I highly recommend them.

The staff, hygienist and dentist were exceptionally kind and Professional.. they actually treated my complicatedtooth-issue on the spot! I am so happy to be a patient at this Dental Care Clinic. My 84 tyt old Mother was treated with much love, respect, and excellent dental care here.

Dental hygienist Simone was working with me and she was great! She was very thorough and meticulous in her work, not to mention very friendly. The office was very well maintained and clean. Definitely would recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. I was traveling out of town and had my wisdom teeth removed about a week prior, but I started experiencing pain and became concerned that I might have an infection or that something was wrong. They were able to get me in the same day, which was such a relief. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and reassuring. They took the time to evaluate me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable. I truly appreciated how compassionate and accommodating they were, especially while I was away from home and feeling worried. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I thought it was time for dentures but Dr. Karl gave me hope. He was able to give me a smile to be proud of. Dr. Karl is my super hero. Becky and the rest of the staff make going to the dentist an easy thing. I will trust Covington Dental with my future dental needs and highly recommend them.

I had a root canal today, and Nancy and Dr. Northrup were fantastic. They were calming, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Northrup numbed me very well, and I didn't have any pain at all during the procedure! I even dozed off a little during the root canal. I have also had a great experience with Amrit (hygienist) and the receptionists. I highly recommend this office to anyone searching for fantastic dental care.
