UPDATE: Sarah, who works in the front office, reached out to me and sincerely apologized. I was really impressed by her professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to making sure clients feel heard and satisfied. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel valued and appreciated. Because of the way she handled the situation, I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. At the end of the day, what matters most is the great dental work that the dentist and assistants provide, and I’m glad the situation was handled professionally Previous post: I really enjoyed Dr. Park and thought he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and frankly- the best dentist I’ve ever had! Which makes this even more disappointing. However, my experience with the front office staff has left me extremely uncomfortable. When my partner called the office to ask about dental work, he reports that he was accidentally left off hold and overheard staff making comments about me and laughing. According to him, one staff had remarks about something I had supposedly said during a previous visit, with comments like “eww, that’s disgusting” before they finally put him on hold. Speaking about patients this way is unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should be able to trust that they will be treated with respect, not discussed or mocked behind the scenes. It felt more like high school gossip than a professional healthcare office. Dr. Park deserves praise for the care he provides, but the behavior my partner reports hearing from the front office staff has made me question whether I feel comfortable returning.

I’ve had a great experience at Milestone Dental Group! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service is fast and efficient, and they make every visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate how well they take care of their patients. I highly recommend Milestone Dental Group to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Yelana has a delicate touch with her cleaning. I appreciate that with sensitive areas. Dr Lee and Dr Park are extremely thorough in their exams without wasting time and still very personable with each patient. Sara,in the office, is friendly and knowledgeable. Makes going to the dentist a better experience here than other offices that treat you like a number.

The experience was amazing. Walking in the front end looks super nice and all staff greeted me and Jennifer who help check in was not right into the point but took time to introduce herself and help me. Specialist did a cool tour and was very kind and help ease into a new dentist. Cleaning was done and who help was super friendly, help be calm from previous bad experiences. She not only explained everything perfectly, felt like she cared, but overall made cleaning fast and well done. Overall best experience I could describe for a new place to go.

Beautiful office, very clean. Took my two little girls there for their first appointment and they had a great experience! My oldest went in for an additional appointment today - thought my kiddo wouldn’t be the kicking and screaming type, but she was. The clinical team did a great job powering through it with patience and professionalism. Tried my best to not get in the way, but sometimes Momma has to get in and hold down those kicking legs! We’ve really had a great experience so far. Thank you.
