Ideal Dental Euless

Dr. Patel is awesome. He is always concerned with his patients comfort and explains everything he does in terms anyone can understand. The assistant was extremely nice and pleasant as well as the personnel at the front desk. I highly recommend Ideal Dental in Euless.

If you have a fear of the dentist, go to this place. Here’s my story for reference: For a multitude of reasons, I haven’t been to a dentist for over 5 years. These reasons include fear from previous dentist work and poor mental health. I was blessed to get a job recently that had good dental insurance and I decided to take the leap. 1st visit was emotional for me but everyone who took care of me was so so patient and kind. KeAnna, who was the dental hygienist, was the first one who helped with anxiety and was so kind. 2nd visit was much better. Word of advice, if you have any dental anxiety, ask for the gas, it was super helpful and worth every penny. Also, I was getting some cavities filled and a crown impression. Jay was my dental hygienist and she was also super sweet and tentative. 3rd one was great too! Dr Patel and KeAnna assisted in getting a couple more cavities filled. Dr Patel was great at explaining everything he was doing. Something to also note is the front desk people were super kind as well (Hi Terra!) also loved how easy it was to book an appointment online for my first one. Overall, amazing place with good people who care.

Ideal Dental made me look Beautiful again with my Beautiful teeth. All the Staff is friendly and always smiling and willing to help. I especially LOVE MS. JEANETTE, she is the epitomizes what true Customer Service is. She's always smiling and laughs at my silly jokes. I recommend anyone that needs dental work to try Ideal Dentistry, especially the location in Euless. If it was possible I'd give them a 10+. I haven't been to a Dentist in a few years so that resulted in a lot of dental work needed. Ms. Jeanette made me feel comfortable and relaxed. All of The Staff need to be recognized as the Wonderful people that they are. Hopefully they'll be rewarded for all their efforts. Ms. Butler

Had a great experience here. I wish I would have gotten the Doctor’s name before I left, but he was a kind young man. Him and the whole staff were super informative and gentle during my emergency appointment this week. All of my questions and concerns were answered with kindness, patience, and understanding. Best experience I’ve had with a dental office.

I cant say thank you enough. The staff here was amazing. Starting with the front desk. I can tell she likes her job. Nice with a big smile. We had the best dental experience today ever. We walked in for an emergency tooth removal. My husband was in serious pain. They got us in pretty quickly and made him feel very comfortable. Kept his mind off the needles,told him stories and just truly showed that they cared. The staff here was AMAZING! Our Dr's were Dr Shaq and Dr Patel. The whole team helped talking him through from being so nervous made him understand and told him step by step what was going on. Lol did I say my husband hates the dentist. Everything went smoothly and now we are members of ideal dental thank you guys!
