Smiles in Joplin

We have been dealing with a lot with moving and my daughter’s Narcolepsy diagnosis. We haven’t really kept up with dental visits. These guys were perfectly professional in reminding my stubborn teenager that she should care better for her teeth. So glad we choose them.

Exceptional! Very nice, informative, not rushed. Explained issues, gave me a chance to ask questions. Gave detailed print out of what my insurance would cover as well as my out of pocket expense. Office is neat, clean. Staff and doctor were very kind and friendly.

I have been there twice now, first time was just myself, second time was my kiddo and I. Both times were amazing visits! The entire office was nice, they were quick and efficient both times as well. My teeth are super clean, and they were so good with my kiddo. Highly recommend!

From the moment I made the appointment to when I actually visited, I knew I had made the correct decision to visit Smiles. As I arrived, I was very pleasantly greeted, treated kindly & professionally. Dr “T” came up with a solution for me that was both reasonable & acceptable. Hubby and I are new patients as of this week. Hands down one of the best dental experiences we both have ever had!! Friendly and everyone did a fantastic job for our cleanings. I needed a minor dental procedure and they were able to do it right then due to a cancellation. Great customer service! Looking forward to many years with Smiles in Joplin.

This dental office was truly a fantastic find. Very professional and friendly, very organized and helpful with insurance management. The dentist is very knowledgeable and just like a friend. He makes sure to speak to me and make me very comfortable. His work is impressive. I am so happy with beautiful teeth.
