Pearl Family Dental Care

I dont normally trust any doctor and usually picky with who I go with as ive had bad experiencesin the past..but Im happy I came here. The front desk wwre very helpful and nice and made me feel welcome. The back office also that helped me to my room was very helpful and so welcoming. Dr Lee was very informative and I was impressed when she did my tooth extraction. She made sure I was ok and didnt before doing the procedure and didn't feel a thing. The person who assisted Dr Lee was also very helpful. This a place I would recommend to my family and friends as they all were very nice and welcoming and don't make you feel scared of going to the dentist like how I always usually feel.

I've been going to Pearl Family since 2006. The doctors, front office staff, hygienist, and billing staff are awesome. The service is prompt. The Doctors are professional and not "salespeople." I never feel pressured into unneeded treatment and alternatives are always offered. Despite living in Kaimuki, I make the drive to Pearl City because of the great service. The location is great too. One can get some errands done while out there: Walmart is across the street from the dental office and Sam's club is directly below it. The office closes for lunch from 12:00 PM until 1. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff are always very friendly and both the doctors and the hygienists are very professional so overall my experience has been always good. Thank you for taking care of my dental needs. Really appreciate your help !

I switched from my old dentist to Pearl Family Dental, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve been going there for the past 2–3 years, and even though I only come in every 6 months for cleanings and checkups, the staff always makes me feel so welcomed the moment I walk through the door. Everyone is incredibly kind, friendly, and personable. The small details and conversations during each visit really make a difference and create such a comfortable experience. They also take the time to listen to any concerns I have about my oral health and always make me feel heard and cared for. I truly appreciate how genuine and welcoming the entire team is every time I visit.

Well I got my first cavity filled at 51yrs old. Was it pleasant. Hell no. Was it scary, you bet. I hated every minute of it. the staff wonderful and paitent and kind, they are the best ever. Will this stop me from eating candy maybe. Who am I kidding. See you guys in 6 months.

It is always difficult finding a new dentist. I called Pearl Family Dental Care, and was very impressed with the helpful and pleasant staff. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming. It felt like I was a patient for many years. Love my new dental office!
