Excellent dentists but lousy phone service. No matter the time of day, I can never reach the admin staff directly. I am always sent to voicemail to leave a message. They do get back but it’s a few hours later. It would be nice to reach them on the first try like their other Pearl City clinic.

I've been coming here for the past 20 years. Kris and Diane are excellent dental hygenists! Dr Okihiro was my orginal dentist, and he is caring, funny and does exceptional work. I was recently see by Dr. Chon. She was warm and personable, and made me feel at ease with her light hearted personality. The receptionist is also very welcoming and friendly. Outstanding office staff and service! I highly recommend!

My family has been coming to this dental office since I was a child. I have ALWAYS received great customer service from every person in the office. Diene cleans my teeth twice a year and I love how she remembers the conversations we have and how much she truly cares! Dr. Okihiro does quality work, the greatest!

I’ve been coming to here since I was a child and I’ve never left because you never leave family. Although I live in town now, coming here is so worth the drive as I’ve never doubted that I’m getting anything less than the best dental work on the island! Dr. Okihiro is so patient, despite his busy schedule and the receptionists lift up my mood as soon as I enter the office. My hygienist, Dienne is so personable, funny, and experienced at what she does. She’s truly become a friend over the years and l genuinely look forward to us catching up each time I visit.

I'm a daily coffee drinker & the teeth whitening session helped me with the staining I've accumulated over the years. highly recommend! $130 for a 20 min session that includes a free whitening pen afterwards to continue the whitening process - sounds like a steal to me.
